    Congrats to all who got their NOA2s this week !!

    I will be doing the final round of stat updates tomorrow for April so it should be interesting to see the numbers :) .....also for anyone from the other months, if you want to crunch the numbers for your time group let me know and ill happily share my code.....good way to learn some programming and a cool toolset.

    This is wildly optimistic on my part, but since the NVC seems to be experiencing massive slow downs right now, MAYBE during the time that we are waiting for our approvals, the NVC will catch up and the wait time will be back down to 2 weeks by the time we are approved instead of 6?! Wishful thinking!!!

    I swear to God they had better speed up by then ha ha don't think I can cope with another huge long wait! ?

    I know there is probably nothing that can be said right now to ease the frustration and anxiety you, Shana1705, and everyone else still waiting for NOA2s (especially you early April fliers) are feeling but just wanted to send some support and encouragement your way. May today bring your approvals.

    I feel the same way as you... I think it is like everyone's worst nightmare to be in our position. I can't believe that they are approving May now and still haven't bothered to give us any news. So many prayers being said for good news soon!

    I'm praying so hard for us I really am! Some good news has to come soon ???

    I scraped data and analyzed a bit... there were 498 I-129Fs received 04/04-04/08

    these are as of last night's round of approvals... only THREE apps from our week were touched last night, compared to 20+ between Monday and Tuesday. 42, ours included, haven't even been touched yet.

    Thank you. At least we can see we're not in it alone. I'm gonna have to just keep myself busy to take my mind off of it!

    i would guess we're in the same batch... very similar dates. Hopefully we hear something before hitting triple digits. Have you called yet? Are you tracking cases around (y)ours?

    I will pull numbers later and share either way... a bunch of apps from 04/07 have been processed this week alone.

    It's driving me insane I am gettin so fed up and thinking ours is lost somewhere!! I haven't called but my fiancé tried and all he got was an automated response. I've been tracking cases around mine and there are mine and 2 others still waiting for approval, all the rest have been approved or sent an rfe. It's so disheartening to wake up day after day and still nothing when most others are being approved around 75-80 days, we're on 92 days now I would give my right arm for even an rfe at this moment in time ?

    I feel your pain. I'm in the same boat. The vast majority of cases before and after my case number have been approved or have received RFEs.? But hopefully this just means that those of us still waiting should hear something soon.

    I am beyond frustrated.... The case directly in front of me got an RFE yesterday and I have still heard nothing. Now I am sandwiched between 10 I-129f petitions that have all been approved or given RFEs except for mine :( :( :( Praying for some good news soon...

    We're the same! We've been waiting 90 days already and everyone around us is being approved. It's absolutely gutting. We have to stay positive though......our time will come soon (hopefully)!

    Really? Wow. Thank you for the support. Our NOA1 receipt was official on 12 April. You are only a day behind. If you don't get your NOA2 today, you surely will early next week. Please keep me posted. Blessings to you.

    Yes I have been following your posts and really relate to your frustrations so was praying for you guys too. Thanks for the blessings, they're appreciated. I really can't wait now! Either way I'm going to visit my fiancé in NC in a few weeks just to break the time up. I'm praying we get ours soon.

    do you mean the petition approved? If so, yes, you still can visit while you wait for the interview. Letting you in is up to cbp though, so be sure to have plenty of proof of ties to your country.

    The visa itself is approved at the interview, coming to the USA after this will sure activate your k1 and you'll have to comply with the visa requirements (get married within the 90 days).
