Status just updated to "Case Was Approved"... what a relief... This process is TERRIBLE

Day 106... if the EAD isn't approved this week then the job offer will be revoked. But no one cares enough to do anything, this is unbelievable.

How long did they take to "deny" your expedite request? Did you send them the offer? By email or fax?

 

My next step will be getting in touch with the congressman... How do I find their contact?

Took two weeks to get denial. No request for the offer because they denied it immediately when my name (petitioner) did not match my wife's (applicant).

This is getting absurd! Filed AOS with I-765 and I-131, had NOA of 11/23/2016.

My wife had a job offer to start today but the I-765 was not approved yet. I called in early February to expedite it based on the job offer and that was denied because the idiot put my name as the applicant, however I am the petitioner so they should have been able to identify the mistake, but nope they just declined to expedite due to the names not matching and I received the notice last week. I put in a SR last week and it came back saying they will get to it when they get to it. Called my congressman's office and still no action.

FK USCIS!
