Wait till uour pd get close to the finish 

Tou cam check on nvc website they published next momth and it show the will reach 22 dec 2015 as os end of dec

We are approved be USCIS and the NVC gave new case number and waiting for pin number to start the DS they said I have to wait and they will contact me when my date get neer

I applied F2A and now on the wait for NVC

We get case number from the NVC but the email say they the case not eligible for farther process do to annual limite on the number of immigrantvisas that the Department of State can issue

Anyone get the same answer?

I call the NVC today and they told me that they are processing case from November 2015

And they will send me case number and email when they get close to November 2016

That for F2 visa

I look at the web site and the date said 22-November 2015 and that date the same for next month and the past 2 months

Anyone know other place with correct date date ?

Is that mean we not getting processed till next year ?

We got approved last night November 3rd

I didn't get any email or mail form Nyet I send email but no reply till now

Anyone have the NVC phone number I can't found it

Can I ask when you get approval to indicate if CR1 IR1 K1 etc.

Please do not forget to update your timeline so my projected process date gets closer and does not disappear over the hill in 2017

We get Noa2 still waiting on nvc

We got approved last night November 3rd

Any one get NOA2 yet I hear it now rake 9 to 12 months between noa1 and 2

I-130 sent 2016-07-25

NOA1 2016-08-02 sent to California Service Center

They sent the old file back to my wife back home I don't know why they did that ,there were issue with check

But I already good for the 2nd file and waiting for no2 or rfe

Ohhh ok. Look at how quickly you got it this time around.? So sorry you lost a month. California moves pretty fast so thats a plus for you. Did you put the stop payment on the other check?
