When is was pregnant from his boyfriend she went back here in the Philippines and gave birth but boyfriend acknowledged in the birth certificate that he is the father ... My sister went back to us without the baby and got marry to the father of the baby.. Until now the baby is with us... Question is can my sister come back here in Philippines and do the same process you did?? Or they can get cbrc? Or they need to file visa for the baby??

Us embassy here in Manila.. Last 13 years ago I went to Japan twice.. First staying there exactly 6 months and my last trip I stayed like 5 months . Me and my fiancé find out that anyone whose been outside the country 6 months or more need a police certificate. My question is do I need a letter of request from us embassy before I can request a police certificate at Japan embassy in Manila or I can get it without a letter of request from us embassy here in Manila ... Anyone has a similar situation before or at the present ? Your advice or opinions is a big help for me thanks in advance...
