I was APPROVED today thank you VJ for all the help good luck to everyone else. its really not hard i was super nervous but i made it thru ....... All the best to everyone

We got an interview date October 3rd.

Do we wait for the email before I schedule the medical exam?

You can schedule your Medical but you need to get the Immigration letter to take to the medical (well thats in my country )

Interview is tomorrow please pray for me...

Had my interview today the CO was so polite and friendly asked me some general questions about the relationship and said "You qualify for the visa".. they kept my original passport n i was told theyh will be in touch with me.. my CEAC status shows AP right now.

I am thankful to this forum and everyone who helped me to go through the procedure.. this site made things so simple and straight fwd for me.. I wish everyone all the best for their cases and interviews.. May GOD be with all of us.. I am counting days and cant wait see love of my life

I have a question about fingerprints, my hubby went to his medical exam today in Dominican republic, and the lady at the lab told him that he need to get ihis fingerprints done.... We don't have any information on that on any of the paperwork we received, somebody knows something about it?

Fingerprints done in the medical i had no such thing like that just a blood sample taken, i got my missing vaccines and the Dr examine my body and ask a few questions.thats it my country is Trinidad & Tobago

I am planing on surprising my wife and attend but I am not sure they would let me in. Few member got to tag along other some did not got entry. So I am debating.

My embassy only persons who have the interview is allowed inside.

Your wife will love that you're there to support her, even self you don't get to go in you will be outside waiting i'm sure she will appreciate it

Anyway My Question is Do I need to send Original Sign i864 and original sign tax return to my wife ? Or just scan copy would be okay?

I contacted my Embassy and they said to me that i don't need to bring it because NVc forward it to them along with taxes..

hey! your interview is coming up pretty soon, right? at this point I am just calling every other day to check. Since scheduling started yesterday for most embassies, I will wait until Friday to call again. Some lady said they were not starting until the first week of August, but let's see what happens. thanks for the kind words

Hi yes its the 26th Aug , keep calling because they be scheduling as you say you're welcome my dear friend we are all in this together some of us get delays some of us get to the interview and gets AP so you're not alone ok ... Fingers cross everythig will be ok chic

After calling Nvc and finding out i got CC on the 27th june on the 30th i got my interview letter (packet 4) it took me 3days
