can you update you timeline please?

I really need someone to help me asap with this issue I am facing. I am applying for my husband to immigrate to the U.S. My husband spent 4 years in Malaysia to attend university. I need to get a police clearance from Malaysia. I checked on the Malaysian Consulate of Dubai website, and it is saying it takes up to 3 months!!!!!! Somebody please tell me if this is true?! 

Hello! A big congrats to you on your approval! So exciting! My i-130 was approved yesterday, so I still have a long way to go! I was just wondering, how long did it take for the embassy in Abu dhabi to schedule your interview? When did you recieve your interview date? Was it soon after your i-130 was approved?

So I habe been doing a lot of research of RFE cases but there aren't many. Just wanted to know what others who have a similar case as mine, have experienced when getting and RFE. 

Firstly, I was issued an RFE because my lawyer had misspelled my last name. So it was a minor reason for RFE. My lawyer sent the correction back to them within days after receiving the notification of RFE and I checked my status on the USCIS website and it now says that they received the document on December 27th 2016, and they will mail me a decision by mail or notify me if they need anything else.

Has any other IR-1/CR-1 applicant experienced this?

My question is, how long will it take for them to notify me that they have approved the RFE? And how much longer after they approve RFE do they approve the i-130?

Im just super anxious! Thanks for any help you are able to provide
