That's what I did lol, I even asked them if I can talk to a supervisor and they told me that they can't do anything about it then after 6 hours I got case complete.

That's what they told me also, but it just took 2 weeks for me. I also received the interview date email  a week after case complete

I had CC 2 weeks after the supervisor review.

Mine got approved in less than 30 days. 

I've been following this topic because my case is also at NVC. Scan date is Nov. 8. Supervisor review is Dec. 20 and I just checked the Ceac website and I now have 3 N/As. 

I just checked the status of my petition and it has 3 N/A's now. According to the other posts here if you have 3 N/A's it means it is case complete. 8 weeks after my scan date. I just have to wait for the email just to be sure.

It is still on supervisor review, the last time I called was dec 30 and they told me to give them more time

You don't have to pay the penalty fee for the year 2016 because they have a Short gap exemption rule that if the person is without insurance for no more than 2 consecutive months then they don't have to pay the fee.

I called NVC today coz yesterday was the 6th week since they received my papers. The agent told me that they will put it on supervisor review and that I have to call back by the end of the week. Hoping for a case complete this week.

Will be sending my aos forms and supporting documents soon but I am wondering if need to send a 2x2 picture of my mom with her signature at the back? Thanks

I am trying to finish i864 form but I dont know what to put on current income. I only started working April of this year, should I still put my income for the whole year or income for 8 months?

I will be using my husband's income too so what should we put on total income since we always file married filling jointly?

Just an update, I finally got the nvc welcome letter 16 days after uscis sent it to nvc.

I was really surprised. I think Texas service center is fast this month.

Hi, I don't know if there is ir5 august 2016 filers but I filed for my mom last aug 1 they received it august 4 and she got approved today.

I finally received my oath ceremony letter and it will be next week, July 13
