We had our interview on the 23rd of November and were approved on the spot. The status of the case online changed to 'Card sent for production'.

On 11/30 the online status changed to 'Card is being mailed' an we received the card on Friday 12/02.

We filed beginning of March and got the interview only 9 months later.. Seemed to take forever!

It's been a while since i posted an update here, but finally some good news!

We had our interview scheduled on 10/22 (yesterday) and we were approved on the spot.

We had a very friendly officer in San Jose, California. He asked us a bit about our Thanksgiving weekend plans, how we met, what kind of wedding ceremony we did, etc.. we showed him pictures of the wedding, of when we were dating, pay stubs, documents stating that we are each others beneficiary, wedding certificate..

It never felt like a real interview, more like a talk about our lives together.

We just got the notification that my card is being produced, so we couldn't be happier! We filed at the end of February, so it's been a long journey.

Alright, my EAD card arrived today! We're so happy I can start my new job on Monday!

Next step is the actual green card.

I think we have the same timeframe. My EAD was approved on the 28th of April. Yesterday they finally mailed the damned card to us! We didn't receive a tracking number yet,but at least it's getting somewhere.

Approved on the 28th of April, finally received update today that they're mailing the card to us! This took for ever...

Just called tier 2 again.

They said there was a problem printing the biometrics during the card production. Not completely sure what that means, but what i understand is they couldn't print my fingerprint.. They're going to try again now.

I'll receive an email in 5 days to see if they're able to fix it.

Since we're almost a month after i received the approval notice, i've put in a service request to why my card hasn't been produced/mailed yet. Talked to a tier 1 officer, very friendly lady, who helped me with that.

Let's hope it speeds things up

Well... I'm pretty sure my mail man is going to file for an order of protection soon. He looks at me like I am bat #### crazy as I run towards the mailbox ever day before he gets a chance to pull away. But still no card. Or even update that it has been produced. Nice to know husband is approved to work for a month now. But cant because someone is using our combo card as a bookmark. Or possibly to even out their wobbly keyboard. I did call my congressman today. Hopefully he can help.

We're in the same boat, approved on 4/28. No updates online and no card yet

Hubby's card was also ordered for production April 30, and we still have not received it. I guess the machine went bad (or the guy making the cards fell asleep) during that batch, because some who got approved early May got their cards already.

Got approved on the April 28th. Online tracker just says that it's approved, not even sent for production

So im going to ask a different immigration question here while waiting... has anyone else had allergies while never having them in the home country?

Actually, my allergies stopped after moving to the US from Belgium! I think the West Coast climate helps for me

I called the USCIS today, didn't get further than the tier 1...

He just confirmed that the card wasn't produced nor sent yet. I don't think they can see more than we can tbh.

It's been 12 days since i received the approval, but still no card in production/sent. The approval is valid from 4/28/2016...

No problem, I see on the timeline you called them about correcting an error on c09 eligibility. Is that all you had to do? Call? No resubmitting of form? Done in triplicate? Signed in blood?

Indeed! I indeed had filed under the wrong eligibility, only noticed it a few weeks later. Called them up, got a call back from tier 2 officer. Very friendly people, they said the would do what they could. 4 days later i got an approval with the corrected eligibility. No hassles!

My online statuses finally updated today to say ead and ap approved. And I got the text today as well. Which is old news since I got the hard copies two weeks ago. Whe. I got the texts I got so excited. Then realized same old news. Still no card though.

Interesting, i just received online updates as well today!

Standard message as mine is saying the same thing, just have to wait for an indication they received the RFE and are working on it.

Yes I'm sure the neighbours see my daily trudge to the mailbox only to walk back empty handed on the non junk mail days! I might start doing a dance routine for them to keep them entertained! Haha

Cool thanks, you can keep this permanently in your message replies for all to see if you go to the top right abd go to my settings, left hand side is signature tab, cut and paste this info in there. Some helpful people told me about that not long ago.

Sharing my process here for concurrent filing i-140 and i-485:

09/10: Married to a USC

02/28: Sent package I-140 and i-485 to Chicago Lockbox

03/01: Package received by USCIS

03/05: NOA received

03/14: Checks went through

04/11: Biometrics done in California

04/20: Online status for i485 changed to 'Ready to schedule interview'

04/28: Called USCIS to change the EAD Eligibility to c09 (made a mistake in my application)

05/02: Received EAD/AP confirmation letter

And now we play the waiting game

Same here, EAD and AP approval letter received last week Monday, Online Status still says 'Case Received'.
