    Hi. Did you get any RFE or RFIE? We got approved for EAD  on day 157 with a very late RFIE on our I-485 application.

    Here's my timeline: 

     

    Sent off AOS package: Nov 21 2016

    USCIS received package:  Nov 25 2016

    NOA1: Dec 12 2016

    Biometric:  Jan 03 2017

    RFIE(I-485) March 13, 2017

    USCIS received response to RFIE on March 31, 2017

    Got approved for I-765 on April 27, 2017

    Thank you again... I called them last Friday and mentioned it and the lady told me that it had something to do with the USCIS internet servers and that my case is still in process. I put in a service request two days ago... We'll see what happens...:))

    I am having the same problem as well. They received my application November 23rd and NOA1 is December 12th. I called USCIS yesterday and they told me the same thing. The lady said it was an error in their system and USCIS is working really hard to get it fixed.

    Do one need to have the original affidavit of support and letter of intent to marry? Or my fiancee can scan and send them to me which I can print and take to the embassy.

    Yes you need to have the original affidavit of support and letter of intent to marry. I sent a second intent to marry but they didn't ask for that. Check with your embassy. I would send both but they have to be originals with wet ink for the signatures....:)

    Hi there! Congrats you finally got your case number! Wow, it took 25 days. Now is game on for you!!!

    Anyways did you call just today to get your case number or you called few weeks ago also?

    I started calling at day 22. I called Tuesday, last night and tonight.

    When I called Tuesday and last night they told me it can take up to 6 weeks and to call back next week but I followed two timelines on here that had similar NOA2 date as me and when I saw their update I decided to call tonight and Thank God I did...:)
