I made an extra copy of all previous documents including forms that require a signature. I made a copy of everything, not just evidence. I specifically said earlier "the others that have blank signature and date". I didn't say I was signing and dating evidence. Me and my wife wanted to be on the safe side so we copied everything, including old forms we had sent in. Just in case USCIS suddenly wanted to see one, they probably won't but we've never been to a green card interview before so we have no way of knowing for certain what they'll suddenly ask to see.

I made copies of everything before but the copies aren't signed or dated. I'm guessing it would've been easier if I'd thought to directly copy the originals including the signatures and dates.
Aside from the documents that do need to be updated, the others that have blank signature and date, I just resign and use current date?

Nevermind about the first question, I just found the answer to that one. Still wondering about the last question though about part 6 of the I-864.

My final paystub of 2020 said I made a little over $31,000 but my 2020 W-2s which just became available says I made a little over $28,500. Why the discrepancy and which number should I put down in my updated I-864 as my 2020 income?
Also, I haven't yet filed taxes for 2020 but seeing as I now have the W-2s for that year, can I put 2020 down as my most recent year of income in part 6 of the I-864?
Sorry if this question has been asked before but I looked around on the forums and couldn't find any answers.

This may be a dumb question but, when my wife and I bring our documents to the green card interview do I need to date the copies of the original documents with the same original date as when I signed and dated the originals? Or date them as today (if I sign and date them today)?
-
Ok so my wife and I are about to do our green card interview soon, and I am filling out a new I-864 to reflect changes in income. On the I-864, part 6, 23a it asks if I've filed a tax return for the most recent year. Given that I haven't yet received W-2s from my company yet and can't file for 2020 yet I'm assuming I put "no"?

Is a translation of BC that says "extract of birth certificate" a long form?

Is "extract of birth certificate" considered and long form BC or at least considered valid?

I have a few questions. Me and my wife are waiting for the AOS interview, having already filed for AOS months ago. I make above the 125% poverty guidelines. If we already applied before will anything suddenly change for us midgame like having to fill out that extra form or having credit score history checked etc?
Also my wife worked for her mother at home before coming to the United States and didn't make alot of money, is USCIS going to try to take her income back in Indonesia into account or only my income?
Lastly, I was going to try to get my wife on my workplace health insurance plan by switching to a family plan but she needs an SSN before that can be done. So we went to a nearly Social Security place to get her a Social Security number and the lady there said we had to wait until after she gets her green card before she can get one. How can I get her insured if we can't get her an SSN?
-
They want the document in both Indonesian and English languages. I got a feeling the BC is not long form. it says on the BC "extract of birth certificate:" The juristiction is Central Java.
-
Me and my wife just got a "Request For Initial Evidence", but the weird thing is, it's for something we already sent in. They're asking for her birth certificate again. We can send it in again but we're afraid that if we misunderstood what they actually want and send in the wrong thing our case may be denied.
Any thoughts? I wonder if they simply lost some paperwork or if the BC we sent in and somehow not considered by them to be valid.
(We're still working on our VJ timeline, it's a work in progress)

One more question. For about the first 4 months of this year my income was 14.50 per hour, then around April I got a raise and now make 15.08 per hour. When I calculate my annual income would I factor in those first 4 months of having a lower pay then project what I'll make for the rest of the year with my new salary? Or would I simply take the 15.08 and just multiply that by however many paychecks I get in a 12 month period?
I'm assuming i just calculate how much I anticipate earning this year. Just want to make sure.

This might be a stupid question but I looked around on the forums and couldn't find the answer. On the I-864 part 6 questions 7 and 20. If I'm the only one in my household earning money do I leave question 20 (about household income) blank? Or do I put my own income number in there?
Also, is current individual annual income something that if I add it up for this year, and it turns out my estimate is a bit off, would USCIS make a big deal out of it? Or would they be understanding that it's estimated?
Also I don't understand part 6 question 22. If my wife has no income I assume I won't put her name there. Am I correct?
Also I know I haven't put up a timeline yet, I intend to do so very soon. I just have to gather up all the dates of everything and info for it.

I previously posted a question that never got answered.
In the I-864, part 6, question 1 it says "I am currently employed as a/an ______" but it only gives one line for that even though I have two jobs. Do I put " _______ and ________" both in same line?

If you can’t get any records from the agency I think you can calculate from deposits working backwards with a calculator like this: https://www.paycheckcity.com/calculator/grossup/.
I have no w2 for that time period, no paystubs, nothing to calculate with. I may or may not be able to get the paystubs from the hiring agency on Monday, if they still have them. And my deposits were put onto an old debit card that I no longer use. I tried to log in to the website mentioned on the back of the old card to see the deposits and it kept saying "error". I guess the old information for the card is no longer there. I guess I just have to hope the hiring agency still has the information and if they don't I'll try contacting the IRS to see if they have any info about it.

My now-wife arrived in the USA on July 28th, we got married August 10th, and her 90 days if I am correct will be up on October 25th. Did the K1 visa 90 days thing say we have 90 days to get married? Or 90 days to both get married and file for AOS? The 90 days is up in 13 days and yes I know we should've gotten AOS filed sooner, that's on us, but if it isn't filed by October 25th could she possibly get deported?
Another question, if we do have to file by the 25th of October does that mean we go to the post office to send the AOS documents by then or do they have to RECIEVE the documents by then?

So that rule that recently got blocked from some judges didn't say the sponsor had to make 250% of the poverty guidelines? That had me worried, and frankly, very angry.

Denial? I doubt it........it would be more likely to generate an RFE. You might be required to get a qualified joint sponsor......
I made enough money in 2018 and so far in 2019 I've already made more than enough. I might still need joint sponsor?

Would putting "unknown" trigger a denial of AOS process?

I would order a tax transcript. If you filed taxes, it will indicate that.
I didn't file for 2016, that's the problem.

Assuming you didn’t get paid in cash, maybe you can check your bank records for deposits?
It would show net profit and not gross profit. I'm assuming doing that wouldn't help.

Me and my wife are about to file for AOS for her but the I-864 asks how much money I made in the last 3 years. Problem is, I don't remember how much money I made in 2016 because at times I was a temp worker and at other times I was a permanent employee at a certain company. I worked around 3 months at the one company as a temp worker then for a few months as a permanent worker. I don't recall recieving a w2 form from the hiring agency that placed me at that job as a temp (or if I recieved it it must have gotten accidentally thrown out somehow) and I can't find any paystubs (and I looked everywhere) from that time period. I'm going to see on monday if the hiring agency can help me, but if for some reason they can't is there any way at all that i can figure out how much money I made?
The issue is made worse by the face that for what reason I can't even remember I didn't file any taxes for 2016. I'd like to go back and file despite knowing there could be hefty penalties for not filing at the time. I know the taxes were taken from my paychecks already but still, I should've filed. Plus at that job before I worked various extra days and overtime at various times so it's impossible for me to simply count how much money I made. So if the hiring agency can't answer my question does anyone know what I can do to calculate my pay accurately for the I-864?
Any advice will be very appreciated.

All original documents and evidences I submitted before, you mean overall or just during AOS phase? The letter said to bring a a copy of every document they've ever sent us so we've been copying NOAs and everything.
