i would make that list of jobs and hand it over before interview starts as said

if you have lived in Spain over a year (or any other country ) you do need the criminal investigation report from that country/ NVC should request this along with the 2 from Morocco

these arefiche anthropometrique) and extrait du casier judiciaire

Make a page where you list all your jobs from to and description, and sign it. Hand it over first thing at the embassy and tell them that you made a mistake with the DS260 which you want to rectify with this submission. Better you do this first before anyone asks.

sounds a good idea i will do it hopefully they will understand

    thank u michael

I am almost sure they check everything; Lma9addem and everyone above him might be asked about a Beneficiary.

Thorough investigations are done to ensure no one is ever a threat to National Security; Honesty is key when dealing

with the US consulate, and any lies will have the visa candidate banned for 10 or 15 years, if not for life.

You will be just fine nshlah.

owww soo u r moroccan thats great ,,:)

well i start loosing hope i had to file the previous jobs with the correct information in the first place .

Depending on the types and time periods of the jobs, you may explain they were not a big deal and that you honestly neglected to list them. The CO will make the call if it were an honest mistake or a deliberate fraud attempt, but they will appreciate your honesty and that will get you some points. If you did odd jobs one month here and few there, I don t see a problem.

Perhaps, I d be more helpful if I knew what jobs you had and for how long. Best of luck and nshlah you will be just fine.

hey derik thank u so much for ur reply

  8. Hey linjoe thank u for ur answer

So we got approved for i130 in april 5

    I am applicant from morocco

My husband got that email from nvc today

An we u used that link its showing at nvc msg

    The email has confused me

They wrote we are processing ur case ..

And the attached file its says

That a visa number is unavailable and this petition is not eligeble for processing this time and it will be availbale once ur priority date is earlier then the cut off dates ..

  9. ***** Moving from Finances forum to CR-1 visa forum as question pertains to that visa process *****

You should be fine. Current and ongoing income is most important, followed by the most recent year's tax return. They do ask for 3 years a lot of the time, for two reasons: 1. To make sure taxes were field properly and 2. In cases where a sponsor's income is borderline, or varies a lot, to establish a pattern.

That a great news thank u so much
