Make a page where you list all your jobs from to and description, and sign it. Hand it over first thing at the embassy and tell them that you made a mistake with the DS260 which you want to rectify with this submission. Better you do this first before anyone asks.
sounds a good idea i will do it hopefully they will understand
thank u michael

I am almost sure they check everything; Lma9addem and everyone above him might be asked about a Beneficiary.
Thorough investigations are done to ensure no one is ever a threat to National Security; Honesty is key when dealing
with the US consulate, and any lies will have the visa candidate banned for 10 or 15 years, if not for life.
You will be just fine nshlah.
owww soo u r moroccan thats great ,,:)
well i start loosing hope i had to file the previous jobs with the correct information in the first place .

Houda, I don t think forgetting to list your jobs will be a major issue. But, you might be asked for a police report from wherever you lived in Europe.
thank u i hope it will not be an issue, this is the only thing that scarying me for now, and yes i am in spain now i will try to get the police report before leaving thank u so much

Depending on the types and time periods of the jobs, you may explain they were not a big deal and that you honestly neglected to list them. The CO will make the call if it were an honest mistake or a deliberate fraud attempt, but they will appreciate your honesty and that will get you some points. If you did odd jobs one month here and few there, I don t see a problem.
Perhaps, I d be more helpful if I knew what jobs you had and for how long. Best of luck and nshlah you will be just fine.

If you will be asked about your previous jobs and possibly your future plans at interview, you will have to provide this information, so be prepared.

Hey everyone
So today we got that email from nvc
With our case number
An that the visa number is unavailable for now and that can take more time due to the delay we should check the cut off dates ect...
When we enter the case number in the nvc web site it showing
At nvc
?? So I am confused now
Can anyone explain what goin on !!
-
Ow sorry to hear that !! ?Guys I am really sad. Looks like either USCIS or NVC have misplaced my case file. After speaking to USCIS who are adamant the file was sent to NVC and NVC saying they haven't received.. And after I sent NVC a copy of my NOA2, I am in limbo. Is this normal? And here I thought NVC will be quick.

Congratulation to everyone who got case complete
What a great news today !

That a great news thank u so much***** Moving from Finances forum to CR-1 visa forum as question pertains to that visa process *****
You should be fine. Current and ongoing income is most important, followed by the most recent year's tax return. They do ask for 3 years a lot of the time, for two reasons: 1. To make sure taxes were field properly and 2. In cases where a sponsor's income is borderline, or varies a lot, to establish a pattern.
-
Hi thanks for anawer i mean
The 2013 & 2014 are under the minimim income
The only good year is the 2015
