  1. Yep, but got tier 1 support and they said it was too late to transfer me. So I called this morning and now waiting for a call back again. I have now started recording my calls. Arizona is a one party consent state, so if you plan on doing that (which I would recommend if anything for archive/reference purposes) make sure you check your local laws.

And I'm going in person to the local office tomorrow, gonna try and find out who that person was and see if I can get a call recording...

Good to know, keep us updated!

  2. in number order - somebody is working today!!! Happy 4th of July - Independence Day!

  3. oh sorry I thought YOu didnt know. lol my bad.

yea the guy did show concern on that but he just mentioned the standard processing time for all centers.

on a side note, Idk how much of this is true, but once you fill out your timeline on this forum, it gives you an estimated time for your process to be approved based on other's timelines. I was given June 29 to july 6 and surely I was given a response on june 29. someone else can confirm that.

I wish everyone best of luck here! :)

    no worries lol :)

That's awesome news that you were given approval on that exact date. I was given July 26, 2016 and August 3, 2016. I'm praying for sooner than that! We have a very long process after approval, so any expedite is welcome. Our next step is to try to a Motion to ReOpen his absentia case. If that works, and the absentia order is administratively closed, then it opens us up to file the I601-A waiver.

  4. Hi I think it's only for up to 72 hrs. And I thought I was a pain in their ### haha you must of been very busy to be locked out you made their servers work over time. i use the app with the American flag on Google play store to get an ideal where our cases are

I hope it's only 72 hours! I am an analyst by profession, so I just can't help myself! :) I use the same app. Viewing 100 cases at a time. I must have viewed 3000 cases yesterday. I know that's why I was locked out. (FYI I only found 2 approved I-130's within the YSC1690058000 to YSC1690061000 series).

  5. Ok so yes, I admit it, I pass my time by analyzing other cases. Now I am locked out :( How do I fix this on the USCIS website?

"IT WAS REPORTED TO US THAT YOUR IP ADDRESS OR INTERNET GATEWAY HAS BEEN LOCKED OUT FOR A SELECT PERIOD OF TIME. THIS IS DUE TO AN UNUSUALLY HIGH RATE OF USE. IN ORDER TO AVOID THIS ISSUE, PLEASE CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT (SINGLE APPLICANT) OR A REPRESENTATIVE ACCOUNT (REPRESENTING MANY INDIVIDUALS"

  6. Yeah I believe they do work in that manner too.( spouse kids parents etc) yeah those tier 1 officers say anything lol..have you tried the USCIS case update yet. Its an app on the play store that will give you updates on all the service centers.. You can even track cases similar to your own...many have said Potomac is processing fast...we just have to be patient... Can't believe I said that lol this process is driving me nuts lol

    Good luck

What is the exact name/picture of the app you're referring to? Im trying to find it
