Yeah we were touched today too!! I though it was strange since I got the IMBRA RFE just yesterday....... I thought they wouldn't even touch our case until we sent the RFE back to them.

Oh well! At least I know there's someone pretending to be working there...... lol

we got touched yesterday too but no email saying they already recieve our RFE...

  4. i've heard about this omega-3 before as i was growing up i alwasy heard that eating fish made you very smart and that's the reason why Japanese people are so smart

umm.. i love fish and recently i choose to eat fish than other meat

ha! thats is all lie...eating too much fish dont make people smarter. proof... i am in philippines... grow up in the island and live nearby the sea. I eat fish everyday...like once every day. I don't get any smarter :crying:

  5. I just finished reading the forums regarding the RFE’s and I can’t deny we are also eager to have ours in the mail too. In few days or more we are hoping to have some good surprises in our mail like RFE or NOA2? Who knows…Only God knows.

As I can see people are celebrating upon getting the RFE. In my view I think it’s a good thing if we don’t receive any RFE because this means that there is no additional time delay. And this means that application was correct or something? I am not sure about it but I want to hear your opinion to see what we can come up with…Good luck to all of us who are on the same journey.

  6. If this is the case, California should not slow down because some of its workload (non-immigrant visas?) has moved to Nebraska.

This is super hopeful thinking and I can only pray that you are right.

Does anyone else feel incredibly angry that the US government is so screwed up? I know from personal experience that there is so much red tape in Mexico to get anything done that is government related. Getting a passport or drivers license there is about 100 times worse than here. So I've always felt very lucky about doing those things here instead of there. But after living through this situation, I just don't have one single kind thing to say about USCIS. I can't help but think that they must be the most screwed up US government department and that for sure if they were a private company they would have been out of business a long time ago with many many lawsuits. I'm gonna try hard to give this a rest for a few days because the stress is absolutely killing me.

kitkat we have the same NOA1...may i asked what is this TOUCHED MEANS? did they notify you and its being touched already?

  7. I know I can't be the only one who is about to pull their hair out. Watching people from Vermont get notices of RFE's who have filed petitions in April and May. I am so conflicted in my feelings. I am happy that something is getting done and I am happy that these people will be reunited with their loved ones, but dangit if I can't help but feel some jealousy. California has always been notoriously slow and I flinched when I realized that my petition would be forwarded from the beginning from Texas there. Now they have yet to even send one RFE out in regards to IMBRA. People are getting touched, but noone's showing a change that an RFE has been asked for. I just got off the phone with the information center and got a load of bullcrap. My case is taking from 90-120 days to process so they say. The only way I can talk to someone is if I have a life or death emergency which would constitute them putting my case in front of someone elses (which is not what I am wanting to do). All I want to know is this...Are you actually doing anything with the cases you have received? Can you not post something? Why is it that Vermont can get stuff done and California just meanders through? I can't stand the not knowing. I wonder if I can call back and tell them the life or death situation is me having a heart attack from all the damn stress of their lousy way of handling immigration law? SHEEEZUS!

I'm with ya - I'm out of my mind but at this point I see there is zero I can do.

I am among the line..Our NOA was on april 4th from CSC...its pretty slow and seems like they aren't procesing any other case ...they are still processing the february applications...uuuhhhh getting insane here

Where did you call? Do you have a phone number for CA? I can't even get a response to my email . . .
