ugh...., expecting CSC to do their job correctly..?? I don't think so !! Kitkat, GaryC... we are very close on our timeline and still have not received our RFE. If you guys receive any notices or something, please let me know.

But so far, I have not received any notices at all from CSC. I am really disappointed with CSCs time line... Wondering what had happened to my petition... Wish me luck so I can receive my RFE soon....

You are correct it seems that the people that had their cases transfered from Nebraska to California still have not received the RFE's yet, I can only hope that they are in the mail and will arrive soon!!

I sure hope that all of us that got transferred from NSC to CSC will be getting our RFEs soon. It is about time for CSC to move again and I am so glad that all of VJers cases started to move again....

It seems that CSC only sending out RFEs to people who originated filed with CSC, but no one else received any RFEs that was transferred from NSC to CSC as of yet....... at lease from what I have read from VJ or some other sites.....

GUYS I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i checked my mail for lunch. had to drive home. and low and behold... it was there!!!! it was mailed out on the 27th so im hoping everyone else gets theirs within the week....

yeah its an RFE but with all the wait ... i had to rejoice.... on to the next step. keeping my fingers crossed for you guys!!!!!

Is lebbylyn the only one who received CSC's email notice..?? Anyone else...??? This waiting game is so stressful and frustrating.........

According to the senator's office here, transferred applications are not going to the bottom of the pile but are instead being handled in a "specialized manner" based on RFE return date and NOA1 date (from Nebraska). We were told that all RFEs were being sent out last Friday (not just those that originated at CSC) so hopefully this is correct.

But did anyone that was originated filed with NSC got any touches or notices from CSC at this time...??? If not, we still don't know if CSC is working on all the transfered cases.......

Does it mean that CSC is processing the application that was original filed there and put all transfer files to the bottom of the pile..??? Anyway, congragulate to lybbylyn on receiving the RFE notice so soon...

Did anyone received or touched by CSC regards to the RFE..?? Since the transfer, we r going nowhere with our application. Seems CSC is not moving at all...

According to the email I just got from my senator over 5000 RFE's will be sent today. Here is the email I just got a few minutes ago.

Below is an update I received concerning I-129F applications. It appears that they are sending a large amount of them out today.

All I-129F receive on and after 03/06/2006 were place on hold do to a revise I-129F application. There will be over 5000 RFE sent out today to those who submitted the I-129F asking for more information.

I hope that CSC is sending out our RFEs today as you said, we all have been waiting for so long now. It is so frustrating to play their waiting game...

No one knows for sure yet, but it seems that you'll have to answer a couple of questions, if you have a criminal background you might have to provide it, if not, it seems it will be the questions only.

Well, I guess no one received any RFE at this time...???

If there are no criminal records or some sort of felony, will we still receiving RFE from the center..??

I am a newbie here as well and have been reading all the K1 topics. Since the IMBRA, did anyone received RFE from any Service Center..?? Knowing the new I-129F is done but since we all applied with the old one, what kind of information should we prepare b4 we receive a RFE..?? (Want to prepare in advance) Thank you all......
