i've done some searching around on this forum and found some articles that indicate people are OK to use expired forms during their interview. my question is that has anyone done so at the Chinese Consulate in GuangZhou? My fiancee got her P4 yesterday. the Consulate mailed the package out on 8/1. the "strange" thing is that pretty much all the forms in P4 expire on 7/31! Don't the consulate know that their forms expire and they should mail us the new ones? i'm just a little paranoid and want to double check with you all.

It is OK to fill them out and mail them back to the Consulate. You can also have your fiancee download new forms if applicable (if she wanted to). You just need to make sure your fiancee fill out everything correctly and double check everything. .... Good luck to both of you !! .. ..

I tried to edit my post but I waited to long. Anyways, there are two ways to check DHL with track by reference. One way is 'expedite iv section' or 'expedite NIV section'. You will get different responses.

FYI - I have also found out a different track reference beside the two you mentioned above. Reference " I-730 " will give you a different response also.

Need some help on finding out DHL shipping reference number shipped by NVC to China.... .. Called NVC but they don't know the shipping reference nor the tracking number. ..

Does it vary a lot in how much time it takes our approved cases to be sent to NVC? I have seen quite a few that have been sent lately, but I just called about ours and they said it had still not been received.

Ok, I know that after waiting for so long at CSC I should have learned to be patient, but I am ready to go dang it!!!

Our NOA2 was dated Aug 3.

My NOA2 was dated Aug. 3rd also and NVC input my case on the Aug. 11th. You might want to call again to double check... good luck !! ..

My fiancee is currently unemployed, so she'll be using a co-sponsor to meet the requirements. My question is, since she's unemployed and won't be doing any sponsoring, does she need to send in any tax returns, bank statement, etc. along with her affidavit of support? Because she still needs to send one in, right?

US Consulate will require ur fiancee to provide 2 to 3 yrs of tax returns, bank statement and any other investments as well. They will want to make sure that she is able to support u once u r in the US. A co-sponsor will help !!! Good luck !!

In the same boat with u guys ... ... CSC is driving me insane !!!

Hmmmm, for example, if I fill out the I-134 form in August (2006), would it still be valid in say June 2007 around interview time?? Or do I have to fill that out following the approval of the petition or at a later date??

Keep in mind !! If ur finacee is interviewing after April 15th, 2007, VO in China consulate might ask her to supply ur copy of 2006 income tax return (must to prove ur ability to support her) along with ur I-134.

Sleepless, don't give up !!! Since CSC already touched u with a RFE received date, that means they will work on it as soon as possible. You are not alone in this waiting game, so be patient and you will get your reapproval very soon. Good luck !!! ..

There have been no new additions to the CSC MARCH Chart today. So the chart with the 30 July date will remain as the most current chart.

I will monitor any new members to vj and I will add any member from another service center as they make themselves known to me....
