I just want to thank evevryone in this forum. Each and everyone has been supportive. And informative. I finally got my GC today. My lawyer got it in the mail yesterday, Saturday and was able to get it just today. 
 
It maybe a long journey but everything will fall into its right places.. 
 
8.2016 Filed Vawa
11.2016 i485 put on hold 
was given 3 prima facie the entire process 
12.2017 RFE for bonafide marriage 
2.2018 VAWA approved 
6.14.2018 i485 interview - on the spot approval 
6.23.2018 - got the gc in the mail

Hi guys. I just had my interview yesterday. It went fast, he didnt ask much about anything. He just asked me the routine question about the 485 form, the terrorism yes or no and all. Asked me if I wanted my maiden name back. Went through all the paperworks and approved it on the spot. 
 
Timeline: 
 
Sept 2016 Filed VAWA
Nov 2016 - held my pending i485 from my ex husband pending the adjudication of my just submitted Vawa.
received 3 prima facie from 2016 to 2017x
Nov 2017 - RFE for bonafide marriage
Jan 2018 - sent RFE
Feb 2018 - VAWA approval 
april 2018 - EAD renewal - still no decision.
May 2018 - interview notice
june 2018 - approval.

I received this notice about my i485, but the interview date is Nov 30, 2016. That was the date that they put a hold on my i485. How will I know my right schedule date? Should I do an infopass?  I dont want to miss this. They are so messy.    Interview Is Scheduled

God is the greatest!! My vawa just got approved!! Thank you to Miss @sandranjand to everyone who’s here, you guys helped alot in this journey.. 
 
 
i just have problem now.. 
 
my previous I485 from previous marriage was put on hold til they have decision for VAWA.. now my lawyer wants me to file a new 485, pay again for it and pay her again for her service w/c is ridiculous!! I explained to her that my 485 is still pending, and thats reason why I was able to renew and renew my work permit over the past two years.. she was insisting to file and telling me its better to file than not too as she was saying if everything from previous 485 is carried  over, USCIS will return the money.. I want her to understand but I dont want to argue with her coz she might take it against me..

Correction, My notice date for prima facie is sept 27 2017. Just received it on Oct 3.

I'm also trying to renew my ead, do you have to pay the filing fee again?

Anyone whose PD is Feb 20 onwards got their EAD?
