Hello! I will be taking my oath as a citizen next year and I heard that when your parents are present during your oath taking they will be automatically green card holders? or it will be faster for them to be immigrants than petitioning them from a foreign country. Is this true? please help!

Hi there I found this really  helpful since we are also filing for the removal of conditions. We do have a question though should we provide evidences ever from the day we got married here in the states? or just evidences for the past 3 months? we also got married recently at the church and we are going to provide our marriage certificate. please help. thank you. 

hi there i am on a k1 visa and i am also under administrative processing. i've sent my documents last may 6 and 2go told me that the us embassy have received it on may 10. i checked the website and it was last updated this may 13. up until now it says ap... i was wondering when will be the estimated time to receive my visa?

Hank_: What happened was that the psa told the embassy that i was not registered. so the embassy was asking for a waiver as to why i was not registered which in fact i was registered. the psa did not looked into it thoroughly. so instead of sending them a waiver i sent my birth certificate that i have acquired here in our place. now i have checked the dashboard updates and it just states that document delivery information. because a few days back i changed my document delivery address. if i check the website ceac.state.gov it says administrative processing. and it was updated last may 16,2016.

hi there i am done with my interview and all but my only problem was my birth certificate because it was not updated. I would like to ask after how many weeks will i be receiving my visa? and am i already approved. I have already processed my birth certificate at the main branch on the same day of my interview and they told me that an employee from the embassy will be getting my bc to the embassy.

Hi we are processing our k1 papers and we are having a bit of a confusion we can't seem to find a form i-134 affidavit of support which does not says expired on 2/29/2016. Is there anyone who can tell us where to get a form that is not expired? thank you
