    I wanted to know if there is a checklist somewhere that I can find out that I am putting everything together correctly to bring over my stepkids to the US. They are currently in Jamaica with their biological mother and their father lives here in the US. Can you assist with this request I would greatly appreciate it thank you?

      you can follow the guides more or less for parents or spouses.

       

      the form i130 for each of them is the first step. you will need their mom's authorization to leave the country in the future.

       

      did you already file for your husband, their dad? You will need to send a copy of your marriage certificate for each petition, as well as a copy of their birth certificate, any document not in English needs a translation into English to accompany the original. also, you might need to send proof of bona fide marriage if requested

    My hubby has a green card till 2019. So I don't need to reapply for his EAD that expires in Marc?
