She can choose to file a fresh i90 but personally I won’t. I’ve carried various misspellings  of first name since September 1997.

No she didn't send any evidence, and in the denial letter they said they requested for evidences but she never received it. But all that is not really matter now, all she need to know now is would her current green card still legit if she ignore the denial letter?

My aunty permanent green card contain a minor error with her middle name. She filed i-90 but got denied and they asked her to filed i260b, but now she don’t want to deal with the hassles so she decided to keeps her green card as is.

Can she just ignored the letter from uscis? Did her current green card went inactive after she filed i-90?

I do lots of research but can’t find the answer yet. She have to file i-260b as late as Jan 01, 2019. Please help her. Thanks for taking your time to read this matter. 

No the A# is right in the passport. It's the registration number on the Visa and yes you put a 0 at the beginning to make it 9 digits.

The alien registration number is Also on the immigrant visa stamped in her passport , it is the number below IV case number . Just add the letter A to it.

We forgot to recorded A number and gave whole package to an officer at POE. Any idea of how to achieve it so we can pay the fee? Thanks

My wife entered USA on Oct 12 by CR1/IR1 visa. However, we haven't pay $165 yet and she forgot to recorded A number which in a brown packet that she gave it to the officer at the airport. What should we do to have that number back so we can pay her greencard fee?

I called back last night, lady on the phone (she's nice) said HCMC is one of the most busiest, so they're constantly schedule interviews. Call again today, other rep said nothing yet for me and all the thing I ask he just said "don't know" cause the screen in front of him show no further info.

There is no way she can claim you for supporting, unless you are volunteering to do so. Cylone had answered about mother comes to US. As of my knowledge, you can't get a baby out of country if the mother refused you from doing so. Anyways, just to be sure talk to immigration laywers about this. Peace

I called them the other day and they said "usually" within 30-60 days. Past the 30 days point.

Everytime i called they're just told me "Not yet" and won't gave me any further info. No pridiction for how long it can be? Not gaving me any ideas of when they're scheduling interview....worst govern agency that i ever dealt with.

Case completed on May 31 still nothing ? I missed my wife and my beautiful daughter so incredibly much. Congrats on those whose got an interview date and approval.

I sent aos and iv packages on april 26, 2016, also file out ds-260 on the same day. Nvc received and scaned my docs on april 28,2016. They sent me an email saying that review time take 30 days from the date they're scaned which april 28. I called them today and they said right now it could take 30-45 days. This is bull, while we're work to pay taxes and fees and they can't even do their job.

We only have a passport for proof of citizenship of a joint sponsor, no bc or naturalization cert (he lost it). Does the consulate accept color photocopy of passport as it? Or do we have to bring an original passport or notarized passport? Thank you

If petitioner LIVE TOGETHER with parent, do parents as a joint sponsor REQUIRED to file i-864a? Or they have an option to choose whether i-864 and i-864a?

Ps: I already sent aos and iv package to nvc without using a joint sponsor. However, i will create a joint sponsor in case nvc or consulate ask for it. (My current income is way exceed poverty guideline, however my last year income is super low)

Also, my situation a bit different from yours. I only used pay stubs and employment letters to prove my current income. No assets or joint sponsor included.
