It's still very soon.
My fiancee interview was 10.17 .she had her ISSUED on October 30th .and she still didn't receive her passport yet ..not even a moment that I or she worried about it.every consulate is diffrent but I'll assume yours will take about the same time.

I received an invitation .sent my passport. $160 money order ,pay stubs,a prepaid overnight envelope .sent it on a Monday morning.they received it tuesday,mailed it back to me the same day and got it Wed.
3 days only.jan.2016.
They have 2 years with multiple entries.

I said 8am because my fiancee (In algeria)
Used to use all her allowed attempts and at 2am Chicago time 8 am Algiers I use to notice a reset so I'm speaking with my experience I had with those limits.
