I dont know much about immigration law but theres something im sure to help people stay here if the relationship failed due to domestic violance im just not sure what it is but i heard it maybe a lawyer would know some type of amnesty...

Deportation shouldnt be the only resort....

People are actually concerned for his welfare, and it has nothing about bashing him.

If you feel you want to continue with your wife it will be costly now you'll need legal help. In my state they don't let you pled guilty until you seek legal advice if deportation can be the end result.

My aunts ex was here illigally from DR he entered through Puerto Rico. He was deported and he committed several crimes the first he used fake papers and second he was arrested for narcotics. He was banned for 10 yrs he did his time... He was allowed re entry into the usa she brought him however he ended up doing some bad things so there not together.

Very long story ??? but at least your fiancee wasnt a convict like my aunts ? Theres hope...

Ps i do belive he had to get some type of permission though because of the crime from the senator and they had children in common

Not much you can do here if her mother opposes and also if shes mentally ill she may not be able to make decisions on her person hense her mom takes care of her daugther. There are people that file that dont meet would that may apply to you im not sure of how that works but certain cultures you are not allowed to physically meet. Its haram in your country for you two to meet i belive isnt it?? Maybe she could apply this way not certain maybe she can seek legal help there are legal services for people in my state who have low or fixed income...

I brought mine from my trip but you will need him to sign. As well as his letter of intent to marry with in 90 days after entry into the usa and passport pictures. Dont forget your letter as well and your passport if your using copy all pages and/or the birth certificate front and back.

Someone has a detailed list of all you need. Send as much proof as possible pictures recepits of gifts or money sent if any flight iteneraries everything you have bank statements of money you spent on your relationship.

Also keep any new evidence for your interview keep gathering...

1 re apply as his wife after you marry him

2 try and get a second interview

3 drop the case all together

What ever you may choose to do dont take your stress out on people on here even suggesting they are not educated.
