How did you find out? I'm seriously thinking of walking in whenever I get my biometricts letter. I just received a letter to create my account, it says that both apps are in process and that there is nothing pending. So I guess I will get my app. soon, hopefully! I will be checking it everyday!!!

I read on the internet that it's not an issue as long as you have your appointment letter, some people just say they're going on vacation on the date of their appointment and that's it. You should definitely go, I mean there's nothing to lose, if anything they'll just tell you to go back the day of your appointment but I don't think they'll do that, many people have done it and I haven't heard of anyone who was told to go back a different day! Yes it is!!!! I honestly don't know what to do anymore, Why can't they just say yes or no instead of saying terminated, then approved and then denied. At this point I just want this process to be over, and move on with my life. I feel so sad because I've put all my hopes into this, I've made plans and just stopped practically every single thing I had going on for this!!! I feel very disappointed.

When I went they asked for appointment letter right when I entered the place, after going I found out I could've went before my appt date.

I've been reading online and it says that they begin reviewing the work authorization application after the approval of the i826D, I thought it was one thing only and not two, I hope they approve it pretty soon, but I read that uscis has a 90 day grace period after they approve the first one to finish reviewing the second one. I hope they don't take that long ????

And no, it just says it was approved and that they'll send a letter to follow the instructions in it. I guess it says they are producing the card on the other one, the one that hasn't got approved ?

Hello guys!!!! Good news:) my case was approved on Aug 24, I just found out this morning when I checked online, it says that my i821D was approved but for the second case number it still says that they scheduled an appt for fingerprints??? does that mean they still have to approve that one or what?! I'm kinda confused but still happy... Hopefully I receive the approval letter on the mail today or tomorrow?

It seems like the ones that have applied on March are getting their approval this month...Congratulations guys! Nancita you are next!

Ojala!!! Maybe by the end of aug since I did my bios at the beginning of may:) I've been checking every day since they got approved haha.

????????que bueno???????? they received mine on march 22 but I didn't do my bios until May 3rd hopefully I get news soon, im thinking maybe within the next 2 weeks I will get my approval notice, God willing of course.

I just called customer service, but I called the USCIS # and the lady said she was going to send a notice to the office where my case is being processed to let them know that I haven't received my biometrics appointment yet. She said that if in 30 days I don't receive anything from them that I should call again, and gave me a confirmation number.Hopefully I get something before 30 days, I'm really worried. I don't want my current daca to expire before I get my new one ...

Don't worry they should be sending your biometrics appt pretty soon, stay positive and as far as your case being terminated just disregard it, my attorney said uscis makes odd mistakes sometimes and they approved someone's case already, that gives me hope

They received my case March 11, went for biometrics on March 31st. Approved August 9 and received my approval letter today. So now I am waiting for the EAD , I honestly wouldn't know. Maybe it also depends on which service center u send them?

Thank you I was really worried since it had been expired for a whole year already lol and I had the same issue as everyoNE at the beginning getting a terminated notice online bUT I guess it was just an error. I feel free again hehe lol

That's great.. I'm happy for you:) when did they receive your application if I may ask and do you think is faster for renewals or about the same as for new applications?

Hey guys, I was reading your messages and I'm really worried now. I sent my renewal almost 2 months ago. I received the two letters saying that my case was received as well as the payment, and that I should wait for a letter with the biometrics appointment to arrive. Since then I haven't received anything else. You are talking about a letter asking you to create an account but I haven't received it yet, I wonder why...Also I checked my case status on the USCIS website and it says that my case was received, that they have emailed me a receipt notice ,that is being processed and that the notice will say how they will process my case, and to follow instructions. So I'm still waiting for my biometricts appointment but I think it't been too long. The las to times I did this process the letter arrived like a week or 10 days after the two receipts. What should I do? Call USCIS? Create an account on that website? I really worried...

ok, I have vlogged here before, and here is my update: The USCIS received my application on March 24th and I did my biometrics on April 11th. However, my work permit already expired on 05/11/2016. I'm still waiting for them to send me a notice of approval. I called them today and they 'supposedly' are working on applications they received on Jan 14th. Which is bs because I called 2 months ago and they said the same #######! There is something fishy about this. Are they not trying to approve our work permits or What? Is someone else having the same issue I am?

I'm looking at their website and it says that for a renewal the processing time is 3.5 months and it has been 4 months already. Of course I'm extremely concern because I need my work permit!

Is there someone else that can relate to my issue? I'm afraid that since the website said that my permit was rejected the day after they 'received it' and then they retrieved from it and said it was a mistake and now it says processing. But I'm afraid it might of affected my application.

I'm trying to hold my tears here. It is unfair how they treat people... we're not cattle, we're human beings with lives!

They received my application on march 22 and I had my bios on may 3. This is my first time applying for daca and girl I feel the same way, I think I'm paranoid because I get super desperate and think they're taking forever but my friend applied for it back in 2014 and it took like 6 months since she applied for it until she got her work permit, so I'm trying to be patient.

Mine shows the biometrics process on one of the numbers, but it still shows the daca one terminated.

Mmm thats weird, I thought it was a glitch on their website and that they had already fixed it. Have you tried calling them?

I have the same issue, it's passed two months now, and I have not received a termination notice by mail or an acceptance letter, the website shows that daca was denied, but the work one is in progress, and shows that my bio was scheduled on march 14th, I did go to it, and everything seemed fine. I also got one of those receipt numbers with IOE. Bumping this topic for more information. Have any of you gotten accepted that had this issue?

I did receive an acceptance letter like a week after I sent my application, then like a week after I got the receipt and I got the same issue as you, on the website The daca one showed denied but after a month I got my bios and I went, after that it updated and it just shows in process.

Hey just letting everyone know. I received my approval notice on Monday! Its just a matter of waiting for the work permit now. Hopefully everything still runs smoothly. My previous work permit expires on Saturday. Hope this news helps somebody out have a great day everyone!

I received the same terminated status. I called uscis and i was told i would receive a letter by mail within 30 days. I have access to the myaccount website and there my application I821d and I765 are in process and on my case status it shows as terminated for form I821d. I was really freaking out until i received my biometrics appointment for 4/18/16 but on that week we had a flood warning for houston tx so the office was closed for several days, not taking the fingerprints. I called uscis and was told i would get another letter with a new appt but i didnt wait for it... I went to the office the monday after the flood passed and i was able to get my fingerprints taken. On wednesday 5/4/16 i called again to check my case and the person that answered my call said he saw my case "in process" i told him that several persons i had spoken to had told me my case was terminated and that i would receive a letter(has been over a month) and he said "they told you that your case was terminated?" which i said yes, he asked me if i had filed an inquiry request which i have but have not gotten no answer at all. So im guessing its a glitch in their system, Im really hoping is that because i have gotten my fingerprints taken and now im waiting for news. I log in every day to see if in the Elis acount i see something different and no. My cases shows in process and thats all. Has any one received anything else for their case??

Hello, on my Elis account it always showed that my case was in procces, it was on the uscis my account website that always showed my case had been terminated. After I had my fingerprints taken I kept checking on both and it finally changed from terminated to in process so yes, it was just a glitch in their website, I don't know if you know but the ellis account thingy is new, before they only had the uscis website where you can check your case without logging in or having to create an account so I guess they were focusing more on the new one to be correct or who knows? The good thing that they fixed it and now I'm just waiting for a response.

I sent my app on March 9.got my biometrics letter the next week. And had them on the 31st of March. It might be the service center they rout you to? Idk but my daca still says terminated and I'm just hoping that it is a mistake on their part. Patiently waiting for an approval lol

Hey guys I also checked my status online and it says my deffered action was terminated. Well I called uscis spoke with a person they told me it's wrong because on their end it says still in process. Well I explained to them that on their website it says my case was terminated on March 14 but they recieve my application. On March 11 so it's not possible they can review it and jus terminate for no reason. She couldn't explain that to me so they transfers me to her supervisor. The supervisor checked himself for my case on the website saying the same thing. But he told me my case is still under review. It was a technical issue with their website and they will update as soon as possible. If u call yourself they should be able to give u information. I still didn't even received that termination letter in the mail. It's been a month now. So I urge u guys to call uscis and figure out what's going on they should give you that info. I'm glad I called it's a mistake on their website.

La verdad no creo que hay de que procuparse. A mi amiga le mandaron la carta de Biometrics y tuvo que hacerlos antes porque no va a estar en el estado la fecha que le mandaron. Dice que todo salio bien. La verdad pienso que es un error de parte de ellos y no ceo que sepan. Si tu abogado puede investigar algo nos avisas =]

Le envie el email y me dijo que era un error que era imposible que terminaran mi caso aun antes de hacerme los bios me dijo que hay bastantes errores en su sitio de internet y ya estoy mas tranquila tambien porque pude creear la cuenta en myuscis y sale que estan en proceso creeo que si es como un problema del sitio de ellos donde se chequea my case status, creeo que estan en transicion de uno a otro por eso dan info incorrecta. Hello! Me supongo que la mayoria aqui hablan español, escribir el ingles se me dificulta. Estoy super preocupada me llego la carta que mencionan para creear una cuenta en uscis la cual no eh creado porque no tengo acceso a una pc y en el celular no se pudo bueno despues de esa carta me llegaron los dos recibos: el del premiso de trabajo y la otra y al igual al checar el numero de la 821 me sale eso que ha sido terminated y en el otro numero me dice que esta en proceso y espere la carta para mis bios??! No entiendo nada. Mi caso lo recibieron el dia marzo 18 el cheque lo cobraron el 24 y los recibos me llegaron el dia 30 de marzo justo a dos semanas de que mi abogado lo envio, me llama la atencion que todos los que emos recivido esto somos casos recientes, sera que es un error?! Estoy asustada ya mande un email a mi abogado y cualquier cosa que solucione los mantengo al tanto! Igual llamare a uscis el lunes a primera hora.
