  1. Hello guys,

I am trying to fill the G-325 A form and it is very confusing. I understand that both the petitioner and the beneficiary must fill this form. I have several questions :

    1) For the petitioner

    a) when asked about the last address abroad outside of the US of more than one year, is it asking for the address where I lived before I moved in the US?

    b) Do I also need to fill out the last Box?

    2) For my beneficiary:

    a) When asked about employment. He is website designer and he has been self employed since he started working. What do we put there?

  2. Hello,

I am preparing my packet for the fiance visa. I know that one of the biggest key for approval is to show proof of relationship. I understand both of us must write a letter of intent to marry within 90 days. I have several questions regarding the whole thing:

    1) How detailed must the intent to marry letter must be? And also if my fiance first language is not English, will the USCIS be suspicious if his letter is in English and not in his native language? His letter will have his signature as well as date on it.

    2) Once again, we have to write a one page letter regarding how we met in the past two years. Can only me write this or do we both need to write this letter?

    3) Lastly, we were thinking about writing a letter relating our background story ( how we met and the progress of our relationship)? is this necessary? do we both have to write it or can I just do it? If we both have to write it, do we need a copy of his letter in English and in our native language?

I am sorry for all my questions. I just want to make sure that our packet is as complete as possible and I am trying to avoid a RFE. I know that other documents will need to be provided. But those listed above are my main concerns at this point.

    Thanks.

  3. Hello everyone. My fiance and I ( the petitioner) are getting ready to file the fiance visa. We have consulted a lawyer and their office made it seemed like we would better off hiring them for this process. Our case is not very complicated. We are both never been married and we dont have any children. I am finishing school and I would be starting a career soon. The only problem I see is the documents required to show proof of legitimate relationship. You see , my fianceand I have known each other for 10 years from our home country. We started dated in 2006 but we actually broke up after I moved in this country in the same year . We saw each other again when I returned home in 2013. We did not start dating back again until January 2016. I have ot been home since 2013. But I am going to see him in this May. We have both realized that we have always loved each other and we are certain that we want to get married. My trip in May is sort of a way to make our engagement official. I heard that the immigration does not care about people feelings. They just want to make sure that the relationship is legit. We are ready to provide letter of references from family members and close friends who were aware of this relationships from the beginning. I hear different opinions regarding the process. Some say it is easy ; others have other ideas. And I am beginning a very demanding career as well. I guess I was wondering if you think we have enough to make our case to prove the truthfulness of relationship? Should we hire a lawyer or not? And what other advice do you have in general.

    Thank
