I entered the USA with a cr1 visa a couple of days ago and on my passport the stamps said 21st June 2018 instead of 23 March 2019. I just realized that now. Should I be worried ? Do I need to contact the USCIS. the Poe officer took my sealed envelope and everything.

Unfortunately, my husband is unable to access is account online. He contacted the irs several times to have instructions on how to access it. But the problem is not solved. He is contacting his local office today.

They look like copies, its just black and white, if you already have a set, a copy shouldn't be an issue.

Yes. We requested them online and by mails several times but never got anything. We only got them aftzr contacting our local office.

IRS docs usually come by 5 days, I've ordered them twice.

Thanks for your reply. My husband is calling the irs today. Hopefully it won't take as long as the last time we had to order them. (5 months)

We submitted the original to the Nvc and I think I read somewhere that a copy is enough if you have already sebt the original. Assuming he gets the letters in time,  would a scan copy work? 

I will try to contact the embassy and see what they tell me.

Does anyone how to reschedule your interview? I might have to reschedule mine if we don't get the irs documents in time.

I have an appointment in January for my cr1 visa. Unfortunately my husband did not listen when I told him to make copies of the letter of non filling from the Irs and sent the originals. So we don't know if we'll get them in time for the interview. 

So I wanted to know if anyone know how to reschedule your interview appointment. I cant seem to figure out how to do it online?  Will I need to call them? 

I have a couple more questions about the form,  on the part about the taxes they ask for total income (adjusted gross income)  his total income is around 40k but his adjusted gross income (what he pays taxes on) is 20k 

So for the taxes part I should put 20k?  And for his current annual income 40k? 

Or did I misunderstand something?

so i am helping my husband fill the form I184 because he is not good with paperworks. But i have a few questions regarding those forms.

We need a joint sponsor and it's gonna be his grandfather. they live in the same house so his grandfather should file the form I184A, right ?

On the form I184 A , they ask the relationship to the sponsor, should i pick parents ? 

on the form i184, part 5 sponsor's household size

"person not sponsored in this affidavit

2- if you are currently married enter 1 for your spouse" i am a bit confused by this question. because i am the person sponsored and also his spouse so i need to put 0 or 1 ?

Also they ask for the annual income, my husband lost his job recently so i am not sure what i am supposed to put there either . how much he has made so far or how much he is making now which is 0

and for the joint sponsor when they ask for the incomes it's the annual income, right ?

sorry for all those questions , our case got to nvc on january and because of the irs we have been stuck there for months and we are finally now able to fill the form.

i hope to be done with this by the end of the month.

My husband did file taxes in the past.  We requested it by mail three time already once in April, once mid may,     once in June. 

We requested it online beginning of June also. My husband could not do it online, he had to request log in by before being able to do it.

My husband and I are finally going to pay the ds260 fee this week. 
I am kinda upset it took so long for us to get that done but we had some money issue.
I just came back a week ago from.visiting him for three weeks. It's hard being back home.

We received out noa2 beginning of December received our case number and invoice on the 5th January by email and then by mail later.

Our case was received by the NVC end of December. Our case number was attributed on the 3rd January.

And I received today in the mail, a letter from the NVC with my case number and invoice.

My husband contacted the NVC  and they told him they sent an email two weeks ago. Somehow the email arrived in the spam and I didn't see it until yesterday. Now we have our case number and can pay the first fee of 120.

I got approved yesterday. I didnt received a notification or anything.

I saw someone from Texas service center got approved so I went to check mine and saw it was approved.

I didn't have any issues with my receipt number

Hi all. I finally received the text on November 2nd even though they received my packet on the 18th. Today I received the hard copy. Waiting for the biometrics appointment. We are at the NBC (MSC)

I was wondering if RFE show up on the site first then the hard copy comes later?

RFE would show up on the website first but I don't think they give much details on the website. I am not sure tho.

Your petition is over 5 months now and Nebraska is freaking slow at the moment. they just do it so you can get approved or denied in a reasonable amount of time.

I don't think you need to do anything except waiting.

Transfer is usually a good news.

Usually petitions get transferred when a USCIS office is overloaded with petitions. They transfer the petition to an office that is working faster.

Where was your petition sent in the first place and when did you file ?
