    Hi,

    So i got a reply from the embassy saying that they emailed the packet 3.5 on my fiancé's email ID back in December and that I need to submit to to their office the documents mentioned in the package to get assigned an interview date. Since she created this ID specifically for this immigration thing so guess she didn't check it after creating it. From what ive read about the process, I was supposed to have the package mailed to my address or is it also routine for them to email the same???

    Anyway, ill keep you guys posted and thanks for all the help so far :)

    You should've gotten an email. If you haven't recieved any email on any of your email addresses then email embassy to re send you packet 3.5. All the best :)

    Ceac site updated but nothing in email

    Hello everyone.

    I sent packet 3.5 10 days before. Saw an update on my case today but didn't get anything in email.

    Actually, for packet 3.5 ceac site was updated on 9th Feb but I didn't recieve anything in email until I sent an inquiry email on 24th March. You guys think I should send them email again? Cuz I don't want to waste another 1.5 months.

    Any suggestions? I'll be really thankful of you guys.

    This is a very useful review if you have Re-Interview

    So embassy called us on 6 April and wanted a second interview. They were very kind and gave her a date of her ease..

    She had a name clearance so it was easy entry, she went through shuttle and stuff..

    They took her to a separate room with posters horrifying any liar. They left her in room for some time, and she got really relaxed

    A lawyer like CO (Caucasian) discussed her file with a local man who later translated, while he did a very thorough questioning from her. There were questions regarding her own life like why is she marrying now and why not after her first divorce.. They had complete record of Petitioner's life. and asked questions like who live with him (none), on whose name is the property (petitioner) ,.. Who are the other people whose name show up in the record (a women had rented house earlier) who lives in his other house (his former wife, a daughter husband, younger daughter.. son moved out) whose name is it transferred to (wife after divorce).. Why his name show up in list ( entire family moved there before separation) How the divorce process was run

    And so many technical questions....

    She answered very well, the translator was excellent. Interviewer was very glad and said that he find no complication in the case and is referring it to his co worker

    The CO asked some questions too.. Then said that you are approved you will get back your passport with visa, upon inquiry he said it will take 10 days

    He also thanked her for coming to be reinterviewed and cooperating so much :D

    so we are very happy now..

    sent packet on 4 feb, received interview letter on 14 feb, interview on 3 march.. Updates on 7,8,15,25,march 4,7,april.. Reinterview on April 12

    Its finally over

    Alhamdulilah this is over and that too nicely. All the best :) btw did you get packet 4 in email or mail? And yeah, I saw an update on my case today and I thought I might get my interview letter (packet 4) but didn't get any. Asked my fiancé (petitioner) to check email but he didn't get any either. I'm so worried. :( you think I should contact embassy?

    @M.and A thank.you so.much for keeping me on your mine and praying for me i appreciate it. I check the ceac site about 4 times a day. And still stuck ready for interview since March.18..

    I.just pray we all.get through this ASAP and get to be with our love ones.

    I'm hoping that you heat something good this week in Sha Allah in Sha Allah.

    I can imagine the pain. I check ceac web too and that too 2-3 times/day. :( recite surah quraish after namaz 7 times, it eases stuff. All the best.

    Interview no#2 approved

    Alhaumdullilah

    CO said we will receive our visa in 10 days or less

    Had a 1 hour extensive interview

    Status say Ready now

    YAAAAAAY! You guys did it. Finally :) start packing your bags. Haha

    And remember me in your prayers please. I'm waiting for my interview letter.

    Pakistan - Translation required for the Birth Certificate issued by union council on NADRA paper?

    I have my old birth certificate, but I also got the new birth certificates the Union Councils are issuing for past few years, which is on NADRA paper. I have attached a screen shot of it (with my personal info ommited offcourse). Wondering if I would need to provide a translation of it as well to NVC? Just to clarify, the top part of the birth certificate shows my details in urdu, while the bottom part shows the same details in English. Will appreciate if those who have been through the process can chime in.

    I got my interview letter they sent me in mail i just checked now

    thank you so much for those words you giving me hope. Inshallah my friend allah hears my prayers.. I promise you as.soon.i get answer you will be the first from VJ to know. April 9th was supposed to be my wedding in the USA.. i am not giving up on faith of Allah!!

    I know. It broke my heart when I read that 9th April was the date when you guys had planned your wedding. I asked my fiancé and mom to pray for you guys too. And my mom said that whatever is happening is happening with the will of Allah, so it has to be better this way, in Sha Allah. I'm hoping that you hear something this week In sha Allah in Sha Allah.

    Hello VJ Members,

    First of all, congratz to Siddo for successfully getting the K1 visa!!!!!! I joined this forum today and found the information posted by members extremely helpful. Also realized that progress of my own specific fiancée visa status has been exceedingly sluggish.

    My fiancée in the US (Baltimore MD) filed the petition for alien fiancé (form I-129F) on October 19, 2015. She got the approval form and letter dated December 04, 2015 that the NVC will forward the approved petition to US Embassy in Islamabad and the Embassy will contact me. My CEAC status says "READY", being created on December 01, 2015 and last updated on December 14, 2015. However, I have not received any package from the Embassy as of yet containing the respective forms and instructions. I have today emailed the Embassy that the status has been pending for long and requested to expedite the process.

    Can you guys suggest any recommendations to move the process forward and a bit faster??? Also, may I have the medical examination and vaccinations or wait until I receive the package from the Embassy???

    Oh my, that's terrible!! You should've emailed them earlier man. Kind of same thing happened with me. Islamabad embassy delayed my packet 3.5 with like 1.5 month so my fiancé and I sent then emails and then they sent the packet. I'm sorry that it took so long, it shouldn't have. It normally doesn't take so long. That's what I learnt on this forum and so I sent the email after waiting for 3 weeks. All the best. Hope they respond back to your email and send you packet 3.5 soon.

    And you were supposed to receive that packet on the last date updated by ceac web!

    Anyone got email reply like this during administrative processing share his or her experience about it...plzzz

    Everyone gets this reply, whoever emails the embassy after interview. All you can do now is just wait and pray that it issues soon. Many people got their visas wishing 10days too, a friend of mine got within 15days and I've seen people here getting their visas after 2 months too! So you see, there's no set pattern. Just wait and pray, that's all that you can do. All the best :)

    Today my wife picked up her passport.. Everyone who are in AP guys lets all of us keep praying.. I hope this is over soon! I will still be around on VJ if anyone with questions please feel free anytime:)

    Congrats! Must've felt amazing :) please remember lovepaki on your prayers too, cuz that person has been on AP for about 52 days.
