This is totally inexcusable that iceyspots does not have an RFE for IMBRA by now. It sickens me that those of us that submitted in June or later already have approvals and Iceyspots doesn't even have the opportunity to respond with an RFE by now.

How difficult is it to open the file, generate a little sticker with her case number on it and mail out the freaking form that everyone else has already received??

Has anyone even seen the file lately or is it missing? There doesn't seem to be a touch since June on her file. What is a girl supposed to do to get a freaking form mailed to her?

I honestly have to admit I have no idea what is going on with USCIS. I was one of those silly Americans that thought immigration was a process with rules. No wonder the US has so many issues with illegals. Think how easy it is to smuggle someone over the border compared to this process!

I was supposed to recieve my embra, they mailed it, my post office returned it to uscis.I have called twice trying to have it remailed. It's been since June 30 06.I have lost a month so far.And things are not looking good.I am past, stressed out. I'm cooked

yeah I personally would doubt the relationship if within a week or so of being engaged i was asked to support the other person .. no offense

How about writing 'annuity fund' below the 'personal property' line. Or above the 'stocks and bonds' line. Or in place of a line that you're not going to use.

About the I 134 form and support.I have an annuity fund from work. They ask if you have life insurance in mass where i live, the wife gets the money if you die. can you mention on form as a source of money.

I HATE Walmart. It is dirty, sticky and they only sell junk. And if you pay attention, they have a few good deals, but they are actually MORE expensive than other stores. I am shocked that people have been soooo brainwashed to LOW PRICES ALWAYS. Yeah, that is how the Waltons are worth 60 Billion dollars...

I think it's fair actually.... better than sit on those petitions and wait to approve according to NOA1, IMO.

But even though it's fair, it sucks a big time for me! I only returned the RFE on the 19th.... oh well... it's just frustrating that I couldn't send it back sooner.

Go to your post office and make sure your name is added to your postbox. Also make sure your name is inside the postbox as well when it is opened.

So i recieved an e mail on June 30 RFE was mailed out. I have not recieved yet. Recieved an e mail on July17, that it was returned to them. They are going to mail again. My address has not changed. I can thank my good old post office for that.

I got the email on July 3 that said my RFE was sent on June 23 and I received it on July 10 with a June 29 postmark. We know they sent them in batches and that in many cases the actual mailing date had no correlation to the date they put in the email (or the date they ran it through the postage meter!) So, based on the number of days I waited for mine (excluding holiday and Sundays) I would say an email indicating your RFE was mailed on June 30 means you should expect to actually receive it on July 14.

So hang tight for a few more days.

Yeah and then since you are at VSC they will approve you about a week after they get your RFE back. Ok I admit it. I'm a little bitter. LOL
