You will be fine with your parents as cosponsors if it comes to that.
However, I assume you are planning of finding a job soon? There will be some months after filing before you need to supply the affidavits of support - plenty of time to secure a job.
Being you are currently living in the Philippines and need to use a co-sponsor I would highly suggest you get married in the Philippines then complete a Direct Consulate Filing (DCF) after you have your marriage registered at PSA. Two reasons for this: 1) DCF for a IR/CR-1 spousal visa is the fastest process for obtaining a visa (even with waiting for PSA) 2) The embassy HAS to accept a qualified co-sponsor with the IR/CR-1.
The actual DCF process takes about 60 days. So if you can expedite your marriage registration with PSA you could be done and on the way to the USA in 4-6 months TOTAL.
