  1. ALL required vaccinations must be marked off on the DS-3025 at the time of the K-1 medical, or you must see a civil surgeon to get them all transcribed onto an I-693, per the instructions, the pinned topic linked here in this thread a few times, the USCIS policies linked here in this thread already, and numerous other posts on this same topic.

Okay thank you. We just went to see a civil surgeon and are just waiting on paperwork later this week. So if we send in my wifes AOS but her ds-94 expires while we wait for an noa, what happens?

  2. I also read that at the USCIS that you dont need the I-134 for K-1. So why the hell people are stressing this and sending it to the beneficiary? They shouldve update the NEEDED requirements.

Thats true they really need to update it. On the requirements, it doesnt say that you need to bring the appointment confirmation page. Almost had to reschedule the interview if it werent for a nice old man who took us to a place where i could print it out. Luck was on our side haha. But yea if the affidavit form isnt required then people should chill out a little about that. I had it ready and everything.

  3. Been a while since ive been on here but my fiancee got approved for her visa and she will be flying to hawaii next month. Im a little bit puzzled though because i went to the interview with her in manila and they didnt collect my affidavit form with the supporting documents. I asked the interviewer about it and he said that its not required at the manila embassy.

  4. That's about what I'm taking. I get statements mailed to me anyway, so they'll be in there also. Our medicals are this coming Monday; we set the interview for May 18th. I'm flying over on the 15th. Good luck to you. I'll be there about a month.

Alright sounds good. Funny im gonna be going to see my fiance on the 15th aswell. Hopefully i get my mnl number soon so i can schedule the interview a couple days after i land

  5. Are bank statements necessary to go with the affidavit form? Would it be okay to just have the 1040, w2, paystubs, and letter of employment? My fiance is gonna be going to the manila embassy for her interview maybe next month and this is the only thing that im worrying about. I was also wondering how many days we should wait between the medical exam and the interview date.
