Welcome! Your experience really should not differ from any other K-1 filers, due to your relationship being same-sex. I can't speak to anything specific to Mexico, but we didn't feel there was any bias against us, from filing our petition through to our marriage at the County Clerk's chapel. Even the folks at her consulate and the CO at her POE were very kind. We are a same-sex couple.
