Hi Everyone, for no specific reason we have waited until the end of the ninth year of my wife's IR-1 visa to send the N-400. Her visa expires in May of '25. If we are still waiting on the visa process to complete itself as we get closer to that date will we have any problems with immigration or should we take some steps now as we're getting ready to send the N-400? Apply for a visa extension perhaps? Tx very much!
