  2. I didn't mean anything by my message i appreciate your help and thank you very much for answering me without return just because you know that i am in need of your help

I answered the message of N-O-I-A

The fact that i asked wich kind of proofs people put in the application doesn't mean that i did not do a "simple research" and that i am not fluent or not organised,i am just seeking to know the smallest information that can help me so if you want to help me than thank you to put your advice respectfully

Otherwise if i didn't understand well your meaning than i am sorry

But i am not in any way making a poor attitude i am so thankful for your help all

  3. Well you can't really compare the Philippines and Tunisia ;)

Lol why not to compare philippin and Tunisia ,philippin is not europe or australia,it is a country in difficults too..

  4. My wife is going to Algeria this month she has interview with the embassy but when i received the email some requirements i dont have such as medical examination what should I do?

Hi ahmed,i would like please to know more about your case,i am also from north africa and they told me that it is hard to get visa, did you get your visa in Algeria?what kind of proofs you put in your application ?how much time it took before you received th acceptance?is there age gap between you and your wife?
I am 23 years old tunisian living in france and engaged to 56 years old us citizen and worried about the age gap since i am Tunisian

  5. Only thing it will help you with is staying in France. It's not going to change the fact that you're from Tunisia.

Yes, try and spend as much time face to face as you can but please understand that you need to read up on how it is for other people from Tunisia or you risk getting a visa denial.

I am trying to find forums but it is really rare north africains wich marry to us citizens ,if they marry a strenger it is generally french ?

  6. As a student i have the right to renew my residence each year,i think that this fact helps with the application it is better than if i was living in tunisia,no?

Ok so we have a plan to make tourist visa to USA so i can go and pass some time with my fiancé in summer,do you think it is better ,this will delay a bit the application and will give us more time to make more pictures and get more evidence in our file

What do you guys think about this?it will help? Or it will be jusy waste of time? ?

  7. Thanks for answering,

First we are ready to engage but i read that making things in short time is a red flag to USCIS that's why i asked, but in k1 application we have to meet each others minimum 1 time ,in april we will have 2 visits (january and martch) ,i think that it is enough, can you please tell me why you think that we should have another visit? As my fiancé works and doesn't have lot of time to visit me each period i wanted to make the application directely after our second meeting..

Also,i wanted to understand why do you want me to know more about processing in tunisia, isn't the application in USA?? As i know we have to apply first in the immigration office in Dallas then WHEN WE GET THE ACCEPTANCE we moove to the next step wich is visa in the embassy(my embassy is paris not tunisia as i am résidant here)

  8. Yes ALL visas can get denied. There is absolutely no visa that garanties entry to the us.

AOS is adjustment of status you have to do that after you enter on the K-1 and are married. It's to get your green card and work permit and all that. It's about a $1,000.

I really think you guys should read up on all this because you need to know this stuff before you get started.

Look at the guides on the top tap.

Ah than i prefer k1 if we marry and we get denied what i will do with the mariage ?

  9. K-1 is faster BUT you'll have to AOS when you get there you don't have to do that on a CR-1 visa.

What I meant was IF you get denied a K-1 visa time has passed you could have spend waiting on the CR-1 visa.

I can't answer what will be the best that is up to you and your fiancé to figur out.

You can compare the to visas together and find out what is best for you.

Oh i think have missed many informations..

    What is the AOS?

can the CR-1 Also get deny?

  10. Hello everyone,

So me and my fiancé met on facebook we used to communicate by viber calls it is in december 2015 that we sent some messages,so i can proove our discussions just from december than we met face to face in january 2016 i can proove it as well,we have tickets, photos,hôtel réservation...

And now we discuss more with messages so we can keep it as proofs

We are planning to see each others again in martch 2016 and of course we will keep the poofs

So the question is: is it ok if we send our k1 application in april2016 or it will be seen like we did things fastely? Especially that we have already red flag (age différence)

So i wanted to have your advices about this maybe your personal experience also...??

    Help please!

    Thank you

  11. Best that you have discussed children together with your fiance so you can convince the CO you both have thought through what you each want your family life together to be. Very important if he already has 'his' family while you may be ready for chilren when he is looking forward to retirement.

    Best of luck.

Can you please more explain, how i can proove that we discussed about children?
