  1. Hello !!

what i did in all my forms is just follow the instruction and the Guides is in this forum :

1- for G-325a and I-129f the instruction says to leave the fields blank if they are not applicable (except for the G-325a question about current/former husband or wife it says if there is non, so state .. so it means only on that part you should type none .. all the rest leave it blank... you don't have a middle name leave it blank.

2- parent birthday seems to be important .. i think you may get RFE for that (not sure) .. he can't find that information at all ?? birth certificate, ID, i don't know anywhere where he can get that... if there is a particular reason for that issue i think you should mention that in the cover letter and include any kind of paper that can make the issue clear how he can"t get that info ...(hope someone else can give more advise about this part).

3- i think it is okay to say you been a student .. put the university name and address and that you been student from 20xx to 20xx... that seem fine and make sense.

hope i answered your question but you should research about your second question ... the g-325a is biographic information and it is used for background check of that person and to avoid any confusion between people having same name and last name .. date of birth, parents name, parents date of birth, parents country of birth are important to narrow the confusion and get to the right person ... try to find out how to fix this issue!!

    Good Luck!!

  4. She was very nervous for a week before the interview. It was in Manila. It was more simple than imagined.

She talked to the consular through a window with other applicants all gathered around behind her.

Its not an interrogation. They ask basic questions. They just want to get an idea and a feel for who you are.

He gave little attention to content of the photos, the stack of receipts, the financial info,

or any of the details of her bio, for that matter. What he was impressed with was her scrapbook.

    Where she is from?
  5. Hello everyone!,

So me and my fiancé want to meet second time in martch and than file the petition in april with our pictures of 2 vitists, tickets, conversations. ...

But we are planning to visit his home country in summer and take some pictures with his family and freinds and after that visit tunisia my home country

    The question is:

Can we add the pictures that we will take and the tickets of our summer trips as additionnel proofs in the interview (our petition in california will be sent if everything will be ok with the 2 visits only )

  6. As I said in a previous post in one of your threads :

A.) If a K1 gets refused and returned it will expire. End of story. You have to re file.

B.) If a CR1 gets refused and returned it will be reviewed by USCIS and the petitioner gets a NOID/NOIR letter with requested information

for rebuttal and if they are satisfied with his rebuttal they will again forward it to the embassy with recommendation to approve, no re filing

necessary. It currently can take about 6-12 months for a review. If they are not satisfied with his rebuttal they will deny the petition which does

not happen very often unless it is for a very good reason.

Pick A or B, those are your two options.

A seems easier,I will take A and try to collect the more proofs i can ,if it doesn't work we will go for B
  7. If you are worried, be sure to document things well. Visit each other a couple of times, and keep all receipts of meeting plus take some photos etc. Get a joint thing together, stuff that couples do. If they deny the CR1 visa, then there is some additional steps that can be taken, they really want to see that you two love each other and are really a couple. Since you are very concerned about a k1 denial, then focus only on the CR1 route. In the end, the time difference may be very minor in terms of being separated. My wife and I went the K1 route, and her k1 visa took 1 year to get approved. We might as well had gone for the CR1 route instead.

    Thank you for your answer!

But the CR1 can be denied too,so it is not better than the K1

  8. Age difference? I think it's not a red flag at all, it could be more questions why and how did it happen? In our case we have a very big age difference, 30 years and I am older. The age difference was a big issue for both of us before to start dating, before to decide to marry each other, before applying for K1 visa, we both had so many doubts and so many times we said to each other the same, I do not believe you, again and again and on and off, both running away so many times and both always getting back to each other with more love than before. It was a red flag for both of us, it was until we both felt we cannot live without each other and we won't fight our own feelings anymore, we cannot stop loving each other and ...

after understanding each other and getting so close together ... Now, it's no red flags at all! Anybody can ask questions, anybody can doubt but not us, we are sure we wish to spend all our life together, whatever time we have is God and Destiny are giving us such a wonderful Gift! After understanding this, believe me it was not easy at all, we both decided to apply for K1 visa, no doubts, no age difference anymore, he is a man, I am a woman ... in love and we wish to be married, to be together (L)

If you, this Topic Starter, get to the same point, you won't even ask about some red flags, just do whatever needs to be done to keep your love and to build your future together. Good luck to you and to everybody and to any age!

    Thank you for the help!

Where is your fiancé from ?

  9. That's a pretty blind and unemphatic reply. In some situations it rather behooves the petitioner for their fiance to go to America. Me personally, I don't think I could move to the Philippines considering my medical condition, and the state of the Philippines health establishments. Likewise, some petitioners may have well-established careers that would greatly benefit a newly formed family, rather than quitting a job and taking chances on a new job which may pay far less in a 3rd world country.

That said, what normal person would choose to live and/or raise children in a 3rd world country? People by nature always wants what is best for them and their families; and when you think about it that way, it only makes sense to want to come to America.

This site is helpful but there is people who pretend that they help but they put personal judgement and useless comment

If was in there place i would ask myself if this answer will help or not before posting it

Personal judgement and advices OUTSIDE visajourney are useless we are here to help eachothers in this journey

  10. Where there is a will, there is a way. I would strongly advise you to reflect on your relationship before you begin this journey, it is long no matter what the route. You stated: what would i do with the marriage if it is denied. This is the hurdle you tackle as a couple after, not before. The denial for a married couple is not the end of the visa, it is an extended exercise in proving your love a bit more. You are also stating you are from a high fraud country, which France is not, so are you a national from somewhere else?

Yes i am tunusian student in france (legal resident)

What is the solution if denial is not the end of marriage ?

  11. I really don't know if i don't understand some meaning of the answers but i see that there is people who answers so disrespectfully,i will say just one thing you don't all have same opinion that's why i try to get many answers a lot were very gentel to post long and helpfull answers, but when i see some people answering "it is enough they helped you.." i wonder why they post their comment, please post your comment just when it is helpful for the others, otherwise let people that want to take time to help do it !!!
