if you take someone with u is there a place where they can sit and wait in Abudhabi embassy?
How much time it took in total? The reporting time for me says 8am. Was it same for u and when did u get free?

Sorry I forgot to answer this.
My wife waited outside on the bench. She couldn't get in.
It took about 4.5h total. The actual interaction with the lovely staff was only 10 min. The rest was waiting time.
Typical questions: when did we meet, if we have kids, what are our jobs, where will we live in the US etc...
I've received my passport back about 3 days later. Overall, an excellent experience with a professional staff.
