NVC does not make decisions on visas.  They have 'accepted' your documents, but the ultimate decision will come during the interview.  It's great that you are confident about your financial situation, but tax returns only show past income, and the eligibility to sponsor an immigrant is based on current income.  What is your current income?

 

As well, your past income is marginal.  Be prepared for the consulate to ask for a joint sponsor.

I have attached my Bank statement too its more than $30K, and I am doing job as well it will be more than $25 k this year. and I have own my Home too, attached its papers too, is it not enough???

Anyway, it will be entirely up to the consular officer, not NVC.

1St Dec 2021, they send me email to submit some papers more, This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.that  my financial requirement is not meet up, But it was good, they asked me to give co-sponsor, I have not anybody to take it, I called NVC office last Wednesday he check also, he also said why they are asking you? then he asked me to write a explanation letter with signed, and upload it,

NVC website is: $21,775 for 2 Persons.

My yearly record is below:

2018             $31,436.69

2019             $25,795.86

2020             $22,539.10

I did same day and very next day, they accepted my all documents Thanks God.

I'm green card holder, living and doing job here for last 6 months. My brother petitioned for me so that I got the visa, now question is that i want to go my homeland Pakistan and get marry there, if i get marry there then i can sponsor for my husband? He can get visa or how much time will be take?if yes  

They know that her mother moved back to Pakistan, that's why they ask her to explain when her mother has plans to move back to US and what's her intended address. And not everyone knows that they need to withdraw the application if the petitioner is not living in US anymore. So relax, she is here for help. So tell her what's best to do now rather than just criticizing about the things she wasn't sure about as she told everything they asked during the interview.

Well that fine as you still have an option, and it's right there. You just need to go through NVC process which is just another 3-4 months, as the Priority Date for f4 is

01JUL03 your date is current. So no worries

That I am not sure about. You should confirm this with embassy. I am just making an assumption.

Your mother can no longer file for you. She has no legal grounds to file for you. Her status has expired and she never became a citizen so she can't file for you. SO you will get denied.

She has two applications in parallel.

1) Which her mother filed(F2B). Yes she cannot continue with this one

2) Which her brother filed(F4). She can continue with that.

That's good. Just to make sure ask your brother to call them again to confirm if you guys still have one year.

You can tell them you had an interview with embassy and that your mother is no longer living in US and her green card is expired, and she have no plans living in US(if she really don't have plans(if she have plans moving back to US the what is the prodecure?)). And ask them if you can continue with this and provide them the required documents? Or you need to file a new application? (I think you should't tell them about the petition your brother filed.)

The first question of CO was that do you 2petitions ....

And the first thing you guys should do on priority is to contact NVC regarding case 2, so that you still have that option.

So now you have 2 cases now.

1) Your case petitioned by your mother. You can send email to embassy about your confusion.

2) Your case petitioned by your brother. If your brother call NVC today, then you have one year, he can confirm this with them.

Then wait a few days to see if embassy replies, then you can decide what you want to do.

But at this stage two cases won't conflict with each other.

And meanwhile you can send an email to embassy about your current situation and ask them what to do.

10 days in enough, your brother should call NVC and tell them he want's to continue with his petition and that will buy you one more year. Then you can continue with that.

Well then you should continue with your brother's petition, and withdraw the one your mother applied. Your brother can call NVC and I think just calling them will give you guys another 1year. Because you need to stay in touch with NVC

Yes Right... But if I leave this case in this stage may be its take bad impact on my other brother petition, US CO may ask me about my mother case that why we dont fallow up and left in the last stage..

I don't know exactly but why not give it a try by providing them DNA test and your brother's address as their intended address and some intended date. Because you came this far, you should give it a shot.

You are first 1 who are saying like that but i know my luck is so bad.... they will refuse me ... and my brother petition approved 3/4/2015 , Its reply time is 1 year ...so we haven't time for wait...
