I tried paying outside US while my sister tried within the USA but we both got thesame error message DS-260 has been filed

I have tried on different browser and different laptops but didn’t resolve. it very frustrating has I’ve been unable to proceed

Hello, I have been trying to pay for my AOS fee since about 3months now but it returning an error message ” There are one or more errors with your submission. Please correct the areas indicated below. Once completed, click the Make Payment button to continue: • An error occurred while submitting your payment. Please try again later.” Can anyone help me on how to resolve this? I have send several inquiries to NVC but their response isn’t helping, I have tried to make payment with different browser and at different time though I once paid the AOS fee some years back which expired. I have attached a screenshot of the message, I will appreciate anyone that can help me to resolve this? Thank you
