I married on june-3-2016

I got my green card on jan 27-2017,It expires on Jan-20-2019. I have two children along with on same visa.

When do we fill our i751. can we fill now?

is there going to be one form for everyone? one fees for all? or separate forms and fees

 India - My friend recently got issued  B1 visa From his work. during that time he was sent on a business trip to Minnesota. He also visited us in Seattle after that he went back.

Now he wants to come to meet us in Seattle For 15 days. does he need something or just that B1 visa he has is enough. We already bought the tickets now I am confused please help

We had no ref.. it was pretty clean..we were three applicants together. .my dtr started applying fr jobs without ead..and she got one offer with a deadline to show ead...so we called but trust that i did no call my ead arrived much earlier than hers and my son of 18 years age got it wid me too.. my dtrs arrived like a week later ..probably because she has no last name..so i guess calling helps please ask any questions. .i will help my fellows visa journey folks

SO once SSN is issued with FNU, How does it affect the Bank Account ? Any tip on that ?

Last name field on federal documents have to be populated with a legal name. Look into a legal name change to avoid issues and confusion down the road during flight reservations and international travel, etc. Green card and SSN would be issued with FNU.

Got the Learner's Permit without the EAD and SSN. It has only her first name on it and the last name space is empty . We are hoping we have the SSN on time without name issues. Wondering what will the name be on the bank accounts.

Never used it on any documents back in India. Class tenth to start with. And then it went on like that. as Class tenth was the base for many documents.

It should be Julie FNU (family name unknown).

Hi , Yes, her name on the Visa was : First name : FNU , Last name Julie.

We are keen on knowing what will be the name on EAD and SSN.

State ID has first name : Julie and last name left empty . (that is how we want in all other too )

If name were Julie.. lastname: Julie and firstname: FNU. How was it listed on her US visa?

My daughter has only got first name

How will her name appear on her EAD

On her green casrd

On ssn

And how will it appear on bank records.

Her indian passport and usa driving license has only her first name.

we have got EAD and AP in nearly 65 days. Also the status for i 485 shows that we are being scheduled for interview. Can you tell ehat are the waiting times for seattle.

Secondly i got immense appreciation for visa journey community. They gave me information, when i knew nothing and held my hand during k1 visa..i was like walking in a black hole but my visa journey torch bearers were always around me...so a big thank you
