  1. If an f-1 student is adjusting status based on marriage to US citizen does he/she needs a I-693 supplemental vaccinations forms also apart from the medical exam form? or the I-693 medical exam form is okay? I am asking based on what I saw on the USCIS website that states "All applicants required to submit I-693, Medical Examination, are also required to submit a Supplemental Form I-693, Immunization Record. However, applicants who last entered the United States as a K nonimmigrant (I-94 Arrival/Departure Record and/or the nonimmigrant visa page in passport shows K-1, K-2, K-3, or K-4 as admission code) are usually required to submit only the Supplemental Form I-693 (immunization record) with the Form I-485." PLease I need your suggestions and clarifications because my spouse already got her I-693 medical exam signed by a civil surgeon.

  2. I read the question(s) differently.

That if you are currently a USC, then question 13 applies to you (even if you gained citizenship through naturalization via marriage and you would check the 2nd box).

OR if you are currently a LPR, then question 14 applies to you and you have to answer 14b as well.

I do not think you can answer both concurrently.

OP, could you ask the moderators to delete the duplicate thread? Thanks! :)

    THANKS MUCH

  3. hey guys,I would like to know if it is okay to get a wrritten agreement from my Roomate stating that myself(USC) and my spouse shares the bills of the rent and utilities with him To prove we living together because my spouse and I names are not on the LEASE agreement but we have been sharing the apartment and bills with my roomate. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

  4. hi guys, when filing the I-130 and I-485 concurrently to adjust status of my F1 spouse to a permanent resident, In filling form G325A at the bottom section before the part for signature which states " this form is submitted in connection with an application for?" which of the boxes do i check as the petitioner and what box should my spouse check when filling the same form? is it the status as a permanent resident box or I should check other and specify form I-130? does the g325a biographic form need to be submitted with i-485 application also or just the I-130? if two biographic forms of my spouse has to be submitted each with I-130 and I485 that brings me to the first question about what boxes to be checked in relation to the application submitted. Would appreciate your answers.

  5. hi guys, I'm a bit confused on what to fill in the I-864 affidavit of support form part 5 number 2. since my spouse is the principal immigrant I am sponsoring, do I have to check the box that says 'if you are currently married enter 1 for your spouse" by checking the box it means I'm counting my spouse twice because I already counted once by checking the part 5 number 1 box. please I need advice on what box to check or not. THANKS
