It says on ceac that our case was received by embassy on Monday, but I called them and they said that they just received the electronic case , not the actual one yet. Its been 5 days since then and they still didnt receive it, we are a bit worried. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the actual package ??

I was ckecking our status as soon as NVC recieved it, and then next day it was in transit and in two more days we had ready ( package arrived to the consulate and is ready for interview) so it was possible to check every step

Yes both of the sponsors need to fill in the i-134 and not the i-864, I think that's for the AOS process.

In my case, my fiance contacted a congressman cause we are waiting 55 days our case number so I wish you the best to everyone, In my case in tired to call to the Nvc and always listen the same thing they dont have our case number I their system, is weird wait 55 days I know other people get their cases number in two weeks or a month , seems that they have preferences with some countries

what NVC agents are telling you after you are saying its 55 days ? cause for all the rest of us they are telling blablabla just call in 35 days.. but in your case Im interested what are they saying? and what the USCIS customer service agents are saying ? I really hope that it will be fixed for you soon!!

Just talked with NVC agent, they didnt recieve ours yet..and we are from 1st of March..so I think people who are after this date are not there as well unfortunately

The problem is in USCIS they a probably very busy, and they dont send the petitions right away, but NVC doesnt have anything to that, they just didnt recieve it yet. So if it would take more than 35 days for us I would call USCIS and ask where did they loose it..
