      No one can tell you. it's up to the embassy on how fast they will work on your case.

    After 28 month ap they came my house for field investigation,evrything was fine,can anybody know about this topics,my question is ,how many days i will have to wait for my visa issued after field investigation?

    Hi,everyone,28 month in ap nothing happen till now,2 days ago i email them,they touch my file,thats why my ceac date status change but don't get amy email answer,after two days later again my ceac date staus change but not get any answer,what is that meaning? One month ago when i email them,officer reply me that,they are concern about my case,is it a good sign???

      They are working on your case. They want you to wait longer before they answer an email.

    28 month in administrative processing in dhaka us embassy,nothing happened till now,too much frasteted,actually what r they doing?

      we were 5 months in AP just for more proofs. Security checks take even longer

    My administrative processing 2 years complete,but still not get any result from dhaka us embassy,after interview the don't recomend us to submit any paper,i think everything was all right,last week i did a visa chat with us embassy co elizabeth gourley,i ask her how many years i have to wait for result,everytime i email them and got same answer be patience.when i ask her she replie me like this (WE R STILL WORKING ON EVERY ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CASE,IF THE ANSWER IS THE SAME,THAT MEAN...

    If i hire a lawyer,how can he/ she help me about my administrative processing,if lawyer send email to us cosulate to ask my status,than embassy anser a lawyer details or not?

      Don´t believe that a lawyer will be at much help in the contact with the Embassy.

    We always heard when ap finished,embassy call you,my question is that,embassy call me after 20 months later for took my 2nd interview over the phone,not to submit my passport or medicale,why they took my 2nd interview over the phone,my ap was over thats why?or something else,pls anyone know this topics than let me know.

    After administrative processing dhaka usa embassy recomend a valid police clearence? Any body know about that?

    Today got a call from embassy,asking about my whole biography,why i am still unmarried bla bla,,last update 4 th january,is it a good sign?Anybody know about this topic than help me to find out actually whats going on,tnx

      It means they are working on your case and doing a background check. Nothing to worry about.

      After looking at 200+ cases and reading in here. I can say that most cases in CEAC will not be updated even when they are done.
