My mother-in-law arrived on September 11, 2024, with an annotation on her visa stating "Class B Req. Attn. of USPHS at POE." However, she had no problems passing through customs at the US airport. She was previously treated for TB in her home country but was cleared and successfully completed her immigration interview. The county health clinic has contacted her to schedule an appointment, likely due to the annotation on her visa. She has not yet received her green card, and there is no update on its processing—only that the fee has been paid. Could the delay in receiving her green card be related to her not yet seeing the health clinic here in the US? I would appreciate any insights. Thank you!
