Here's what has and hasn't been done so far..........My attorney filled out the DS-160 a few weeks ago. Our info was electronically sent the consulate. My fiance sent Packet 3 back to the Guangzhou consulate yesterday. Fiance has setup an account at ustraveldocs, but hasn't finished inputting her profile info or paid the fee yet.
I will have my fiance finish the profile at ustraveldocs site and have her pay the fee at CITIC bank. Here's what the page shows: Immigrant Visa-Scheduled by NVC-Registration Only Nonimmigrant Visa Immigrant Visa 1. Which one should be selected?
2. Probably depends on item #1 above, but can we pick the date or will that be given in packet 4?
