    Visa Reboot

Furthermore, there was no hanky-panky during the entirety of this particular process. On the other hand, wrangling and corralling this feisty Philly took a little more time than this 'ol urban cowboy expected. I got'er done, though! I reckon.

yeah;, im waiting Monday to speak with an immigration lawyer. An attorney in Manila told me last August that a tourist or work visa might be an idea since she's also been to the US on a fiance visa (we decided not to marry) but returned, and therefore we have established a tendency to fulfill our legal obligation to follow immigration rules.

What about getting married in Ph again? Will they remarry us when she is still considered married in her country?

    Visa Reboot

Just to be clear, we were married in Philippines, but i filed for divorce nearly a year later. In meantime, i was approved for I-130 petition. But soon after my divorce was granted i had the petition revoked. Also, i have been to the Philippines over 20 times in the last ten years, and I guess i am misunderstanding this consummation step.

    Visa Reboot

Welcome To Your USCIS Account: On June 3, 2019 We approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. I received this notice after i had divorced her in USA 2 months prior, and i proceeded to have the visa revoked, and it was. We are back together now. My status is "divorced"; hers is "married". I talked to USCIS on live chat and the rep wanted to treat this situation as if we were never married giving me both options: I129F or I-130. She didnt answer to the problem of a Filipina remarrying in the Philippines with a "married" status (filipino marriages can only be annulled). Wondering how Texas or Manila will treat a fiancé visa app in this situation. I'm still uneasy on how to proceed with this can of rekindled love. Thanks.
