Our Story
Ellie and I met while I was on vacation and she was living in Miami. She was married at the time, and we became friends. She has since filed for divorce and moved to her native Colombia.
Ours is a text book romance. My first visit to Colombia was in February, second in April, and I will return in June. Once we receive her divorce papers back from the Colombian courts we will be married. At that point I will return to California and file for the K3 visa.
I'm on this site to gain information and hope that the process will be efficient. I will remain her throughout the process and intend to retain an attorney to make sure everything is done correctly.
