KULtoATL got a reaction from Nickz1517 in I-129F March 2017 Filers
Hi @Nickz1517 my last message was mean for @Gary JT but regardless, congratulations on your NOA1

Regarding your G-325A, it looks like it has been answered by a few other members so perhaps you could take their suggestions into consideration. G-325A is a required USCIS form that is to be submitted along with your I-129F petition. I'm assuming your petition would be considered incomplete if you didn't enclose your G-325A and that may or may not lead to a RFE.

Here's the thing, I personally am not certain if you need to submit the original copies (1 with the petitioner's details + 1 with the beneficiary's details) with wet signatures or they would accept the scanned copies.

For our own submission, we decided that we will just send all the USCIS forms and continuation sheets with wet signatures because we didn't want to risk any RFE or delay. Besides, I was already mailing my fiance a bunch of other supporting documentation so one extra piece of paper truly wouldn't have cost us much more in shipping fee.

We FedEx-ed our I-129F on March 1, 2017 and was received by the TX mailroom on March 3, 2017. Now waiting for the NOA1 and hopefully we will receive a NOA2 after that. Fingers crossed for everyone!

@conan1234 don't forget to update your timeline. Sign up for a myUSCIS account to track your case when you get your receipt number.

KULtoATL got a reaction from BelzMark in I-129F k-1 visa example how we met
Essentially, the question asks about your in-person meeting(s). You can add a sheet to list down the date and location of each trip/meeting. But fyi, some people also include the info as to how they met first but definitely just make it short, sweet and to the point.

Might want to look into CR-1 if you're getting married in Pakistan before being petitioned to immigrate to the US to join your USC husband/wife.

I-129F level, we used the Lewisville, TX address because we FedEx-ed our petition.

K-1 level, we would address it to my local embassy (I'm the beneficiary).

For the sender's address, we used our respective local mailing addresses.

Hello! Our I-129F packet was delivered to Texas on March 1st! I agree with people from other months. We are more excited/anxious now than before it was sent.

KULtoATL got a reaction from A_Cookie_Cat in Which in-person meeting to outline in Question 34.a.?
My fiancee and I have met twice and we are planning to meet for the third time before sending in our petition. We are currently drafting our response for the I-129F.
In reference to Question 34.a. (describing circumstances of meeting), which meeting should we state in our response? Do we use the first meeting's main details (when, where, what) or do we describe the latest meeting which happens before the filing of our petition?
    Thank you in advance.
