HELLO Everyone, I must say that this group has been so helpful n resourceful. heres another issue. i have a friend who is married to a us citizen .Her husband doesnt make theaflidavit of support fee. (20,025). inevitably She needs a second sponsor. now my question is , her second sponsor has his 2015 W2, a copy of his Legal stay here ( either us passort or GC) . is there any other document required?? pls HELP.

i filed for AOS with the work permit on the 25th of November, 2015. i had boimetrics done on the 28th Dec 2015. in between, i recieved a NOA on the 30th of December, 2015 requesting more evidence on my birth certificate. i got a court afflidavit from my parents and mailed it to them. it was recieved on the 14th of Jan 2016. my worry is that i still havent gotten any update on the wok permit especially. and i ahev called them to say its way past 90days and i havent heard anything. the lady sa...
