    HELLO Everyone, I must say that this group has been so helpful n resourceful. heres another issue. i have a friend who is married to a us citizen .Her husband doesnt make theaflidavit of support fee. (20,025). inevitably She needs a second sponsor. now my question is , her second sponsor has his 2015 W2, a copy of his Legal stay here ( either us passort or GC) . is there any other document required?? pls HELP.

      hi, if the petitioner is sending the affidavit before April 5th then they will be sending 2014 taxes, 2015 taxes aren't needed until after April April 5th, they will also need paystubs and letter from employer
