Hey DaveE I would like some help with the Adoption form for my daughter / husbands step daughter , after seeing ur post i can see that i would also like to do it alone without a huge lawyer fee!!!
My daughter does not have a biological dad - not on birth cert either , I am hoping that wont cause an issue - I am planning on getting the paperwork today - Seminole County - Florida - When they say certified copy of B'Cert would it be the same one i gave the USCIS for her Green Card application ( just sent that in ) and do you have to wait on the Green Card before filing this paperwork with the courts - I am very thankful for any help you can give me
