we got EAD approval today after sending back our REF in mid Dec, but no progress on 485 for the interview.

I haven't gotten any text/emails for it so far .

Why don't you erase your receipt number??

I am hoping for some kind of status update soon. For those of you that have responded back to RFE are you guys still showing RFE review or has the status changed to something else yet.

my status changed to "On December 16, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC********. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." the next day they recived my RFE

our biometrics appointment is tmr morning, but just received RFE notice from email.

wondering whats the percentage to recieve RFE ?

will share our case once we get the letter.

we also got the Biometrics Letter today schedule for Dec 8. so we can just walk in tmr and see if they let us complete the Biometrics ealier?

I got my Biometrics letter in the mail today! It was scheduled for Dec 10. I immediately went to the ASC and they let me do it early! In and out in 10 minutes!

Nov 6 - Package received

Nov 15- Texts and Emails received

Nov 30 - Biometrics Letter Received

Nov 30 - Biometrics Completed

Waiting for Interview date and EAD

Hi All,

This is my first post

So my we sent our Applications (I-485, I-130, I-765) on November 4th and it was received on the 6th.

We still haven't received any text/e-mail notifications and the checks have not been cashed!

We are freaking out because I am on a visitor visa (type B) and my I-94 expires on the 17th. What do you guys suggest we do??

We are trying to be patient and optimistic but it's really hard! Other filers already received notifications from them..

Also, does anyone know what will happen if I don't here from them by the 17th? Like since my I-94 will expire, what are the consequences?

maybe give USCIS a call and ask what if you didnt receive the confirmation by the 17th?

but i send to the wrong address

and the USPS tracking now shows:

• Your item was forwarded to a different address at 12:18 pm on November 6, 2015 in CHICAGO, IL. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect

im so worried now ...will this delay the application or the package is going to missing now ><

just wondering if all of you send to the PO box one if send thru USPS?
