I sent them the next day the photos, the NVC told me they recived it on September 8th.

The CO handed my wife 221g asking for weeding photos to prove that she is my wife, I sent them the next day and they update the file 4 times to September 14 and since then nothing happens it's reaching 4 months

It's for my wife , I been married 10 years . I lived in USA 23 years

It has been almost 4 month since I been under administrative processing? What's going on with Cairo embessy

You will be scaduled for January 15th. The NVC set scaduleing for July and August to January. You will be notified very soon with confirmation

Hey, it's my first time to be here, I have a question about the Interview date for IR-1/CR-1, I'm a citizen and my husband is Egyptian , my CC was on July 26 how ever I haven't got the interview date yet, even so i know a lot of people their CC was on August and they already got the interview date!

So what should I do? Or is there anyway i can know more information about my Interview date ?

Usually I call the NVC every week but there's no any updates

How do u know ?? is there any cases received the interview letter ? and do u mean Yemen or Cairo cases ?

Yea we called NVC and they set an interview dates for people who's case completely in July and August

I am in the process of applying a petition for my husband who is from Yemen. I am a U.S. citizen, and he is not. Now, I am aware that the Embassy in Yemen in closed, and that Visa cases are being handled by Egypt and Algeria. My husband and I are currently residing in Jordan, and my question is this. Would it be quicker to have our case forwarded to the Embassy in Jordan? Or would we have a better chance of having it sent to Malaysia and go from there. We have heard that visas are being handled at a much faster speed there, and are considering traveling there. Any help and input would be greatly appreciated.

My advice is transfer it to Djibouti. It's much faster and they will treat you much better then Egypt and jordon and Algeria. I been in Egypt since July and they put me in administrative processing becuse he wants wedding photographs .

Yeah I know that's why I decided to put it in visa journey

Do anybody know if there is anything wrong with cairo embassy as i have seen many complete case for more than 4 monthes with no interview scheduled yet ? And if nothing is wrong when I should expect the interview if my casw was complete in the 1st week of august ? Last question why some cases are complete after my day and they received their interview meanwhile im waiting ?

I sent them tons of emails , they respond it's under mandatory processing and we can't predict time . Also 2 of NYs senators contact them and 2 congressmen with same response . I don't know what they don't with the case it's 3 months already

Not yet . It's almost 3 month . Intervew was on August 24, I sent the weeding picture to prove our relationship on 28th August, they recived it at Cairo councilat on 28th. They update it on 8th 11th and 14. Since then it's stuck there

My case also in administrative processing since 24th August, when they recived the wedding photos they update on 8 ,9,10,11,14th September and since then nothing changed

Same here , my wife got 221g prove of relationship by presenting wedding photos . I already sent them throug aramix on August 28 and they got them sept 8th . Until now administrative processing last time they update on September 14th .

It's has been almost 85 days

It's almost 82 days since I have been in administrative processing at Cairo Egypt . Anybody also in that situation!

My wife in Cairo embessy for IR1 . They hand us a 221g white paper to prove that it's real marriage .so the Co asked me to present the wedding pictures . The next day I sent it through aramix. The interview was on August 24 . They recived the wedding pictures on August 28. Until now it's 76th days it's AP. It has update 3 times after the interview. The last update was September 14th.

Any body got the visa ????

My wife been in Ap for almost 65days . I contact 2 senators and a congressman but we recive same answer from the councilat. It's a matter of national security
