I worked that math out and told you all that the average approvals is 5 months and 10 days, but you all ignored me. Love in Ghana I got you down for the 9th so I was one day off. Congrats to everyone who is moving on to the next round!

It should be but we and our family is not that important. That's just how it seems to me !

Do the math, it is taking NSC 5 months and 10 days to adjudicate the average I 130.so if you are at 5 months just wait an extra 10 working days and you should see a change in your case.

This lady I know told me a watched pot never boils! So I am going to find something to occupy my free time, so that I don't send me to the doctor. But I will say this, it is bleeping ridiculous for a simple process to be so long. Does anyone really value family anymore?

You know when look into the situation that I and so many others on here are in,we could have had it a whole different way. If and only if we had known that the wait was going to be so nefarious, we would file the I 129f k3 visa and maybe our spouses would be here with us waiting on the I 130 right by our side. As for me , I so wish I did but it's too late now I guess.:-!

Question: Do I file my taxes the same way I always file, being that my wife has never been to the U.S.? I don't see how she should be taxed by a country she didn't earn from.

NSC seems to slow down AGAIN!

I didn't send any evidence in the beginning. I only sent what was requested in an I-130 package. I have read that sometimes front loading with evidence can cause a little bit of delay because they are trying to sort out what they actual need to the extra stuff that was sent in. every case is different though.

So, I have been seeing a lot of people saying pir in all your evidence from the start, is that really necessary? Because I was of the impression that you take the bulk of your evidence to the embassy's window.
